What a treat! Dinner at this Michelin restaurant is so nice and relax. The food is creative, using a lot of fermentation and local ingredients. It took about 3.5 hours, starting with 4 appetizers in the sofa sitting area, then to the dining room. Six savory dish and 2 sweet endings. The bread is also so delicious I had to restrain myself.
