I walk in and go to the counter to order; several people pass by and see me, but no one pays me any attention.
I stop a waitress, and she tells me to sit outside, saying "someone would come to take the order." I sit down, and after a few minutes, I am forced to practically "tackle" a waitress just to place my order.

Another ten minutes pass, and the waitress tells me they've run out (despite boasting about having "the best strudel in Nuremberg").
