I am, however, consistently disappointed with the unfriendly and poorly organized customer service at the bakery. There are generally three or four people working behind the counter doing various activities, but usually only one employee serves customers, even when there are several people waiting in line to be served. The staff sometimes seem genuinely annoyed at having to serve people. The coffee drinks are quite weak, and the staff refuses to make a 'kaffee crema', instead opting for the watered down americano. The scrambled eggs both times I ordered were overcooked and overseasoned. The place makes good bread, but I wouldn't eat in there again.
