Not typically a place I would usually go to but because the customer service has been so good, we continue to consistently come back. The menu is pretty large, there is definitely something here for everyone. Most of the portions are very generous but was a little surprised with the Pot Stickers. The price is up there but it's a very small order. Food has been hit or miss but overall it's decent. I love that the kids menus have a choice of sushi to order. It also comes with 2 sides and a drink. Our kids loved when they had orange slices but didn't care for the, "canned pineapple" is what they were calling it. There's also inside and outside dining areas with a variety of seating, tables, booths, and a bar.

Kona Grill used to be one of my favorite restaurants, so this experience was especially disappointing. We placed a curbside to-go order through their website with a promised pickup time of 5:03 PM. By 5:18 PM, I still hadn't received any updates, so I went inside to check on the order. After looking into it, an employee informed me that my order had been given to someone else and was being remade. I was also told that "the new girl" made the mistake. Whether that was true or not, it felt unnecessary and unprofessional to place the blame on another employee. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. I have a dietary restriction and cannot eat onions without becoming ill, so I always request that they be removed from my food. My order clearly indicated no onions, yet my burger arrived topped with grilled onions, making it completely inedible for me. We also ordered the Pad Thai. At $35, I expected a generous portion and quality ingredients. Instead, the serving was surprisingly small, and the chicken was rubbery and unpleasant. The third entrée wasn't any better. The fried chicken tasted stale, like it had been sitting around since the day before. It certainly wasn't the quality I expect from a restaurant. I did call and speak with a manager. I only requested a refund for the burger, since it was prepared incorrectly, and he offered a credit toward a future visit instead. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't really resolve the issue. To Kona Grill's credit, they included a complimentary cheesecake--and ironically, it ended up being the best part of the entire meal. Between the delayed order, the incorrect preparation, and the poor food quality, this visit was a major disappointment. Sadly, what was once a favorite restaurant is no longer a place I'll be eager to return to.

WARNING, very long review. Underwhelming, unimpressive and bland. Where do I even start. It's a Thursday night (after a HS graduation) & we had a 10pm reservation for 11. We were able to easily change it to 9 as two in our party couldn't make it anymore. We arrived around 9:45, was sat a little bit before 10pm and that's when the waiting began. Our server took our order for drinks & appetizers after about ~15 min of staring at our menus. Took another ~ 10 min for our waters/sodas to arrive. Took another ~10 min for the bar drinks after that. Was probably 35+ min after we sat down for her to take our actual entree order... by this time, it was past 11pm before the two plates of potstickers and two bowls of edamame were placed in front of us. The only item I enjoyed from those two items was the sauce for the potstickers. In my opinion, the edamame was undercooked and lacked flavor. Sea salt sprinkled on top is not enough seasoning. Now more waiting. We kept looking over at the sushi bar area and could see orders waiting to be delivered to different tables.. I had ordered the Restaurant Week dinner which consisted of three courses. I chose: Picasso Roll, Steak frites & double stack brownie for dessert. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the Picasso Roll and our server continuously apologized when she would deliver anything to the table, BUT she seemed to always be MIA. Maybe they were short staffed? Maybe a few people called in? Not one manager or lead came by the table to check on us. At this point we had lost track of the time. Half of our table used the cloth napkins as blankets since the air was blowing directly on our table. We asked our server if it something could be done about that & she said she would speak to the manager about it. *shrugging shoulders* MOST of our entrees arrived close to midnight (when the restaurant closes). The server said she would be back to deliver the baby back ribs and also bring hot sauce that someone in our party asked for. After at least a 10 min wait, my cousin ended up getting up and approached the sushi bar area to ask for sriracha herself. We also had to ask the hostess to check on the baby back ribs as our server again was MIA. When the plate was delivered, she didn't remember to bring any hot sauce. (It's ok, we're a self sufficient group at this point). My steak frites entree. Ummm, eh. The bearnaise sauce had no flavor. I really tried. I had some with each bite of my steak (I had to, the steak didn't have any flavor), but it didn't help. I ended up using the potsticker sauce the steak really needed some help. Due to the long wait, we decided we would just get our desserts to-go (three of us had either 'Taste of Kona' or the 'Restaurant Week' option & it came with it). Now that was another wait. We finally walked out of the restaurant around 12:35am. Oh lastly, two people ordered miso soup and that never arrived. My cousin approached the manager about the wait, the missing items and all he said was there was no excuse for the service. Not sure what he was able to take off the bill, but this visit surely tested all our patience. I definitely will NOT be back.

We had an amazing experience at Kona Grill Gilbert. Mark Savage was our server and he rocked the house! The happy hour is incredible! You can try everything at a really reasonable price. I really enjoyed the macadamia nut chicken, the chicken sauté, and the beef sliders. Great space for large parties.

We came in at 2 on Friday, there was hardly anyone there, maybe 8-10 tables filled throughout the place, which is decent size for busy hours. It took us half an hour to get our food from when we set and ordered. Our food was actually pretty decent accept for my son's mac n cheese, both him and our daughter said it tasted like dish soap so maybe the dish it was in wasn't rinsed well or the container they cooked it in wasn't rinsed? Our waitress Erica was great, she seemed to be the only one there and managing more than tables as the whole hour plus we were there we only saw a hostess (who doesn't say much, not even a thank you for coming in" when we left) and Erica and another worker. We enjoyed our food but more likely won't come back with how slow service was when it wasn't busy, if it was slam packed busy then it be more understandable for half hour wait for our food.

We came here around 1 pm on a Sunday and there was a woman waiting at the front lobby to be helped when we arrived. No one was around until a server Erica came by and assisted us with getting seated when the host/hostess was nowhere to be found. We were seated on the patio with our dog and it was a nice day out. Plenty of parking on that side of the plaza as most people park towards the middle of the shopping center. Erica was our server during our meal as well and she was friendly and nice. We ordered the fried pickles, KG cheeseburger, seabass sliders and a kids pizza. Fried pickles (3/5) I love pickles and I enjoyed them but it was also pretty salty. My boyfriend also felt they were a bit soggy. We were expecting them to be more breaded. KG cheeseburger (3/5) Average cheeseburger and nothing special, my boyfriend also said it was a bit dry. Seabass Sliders (3.5/5) subbed fries instead of chips. This was my favorite dish out of everything we got but it still fell a bit short. Didn't taste the miso or furikake, mostly tasted the slaw. The Hawaiian bread felt like it came straight out of the bag and wasn't toasted or warmed but overall it tasted good. Small portions for the price. Kids pizza (2/5) Was not expecting this to be on a flatbread. Fairly simple - flatbread topped with pizza sauce and cheese. But it tasted like it came out of a cardboard box or the freezer. I know you can't really expect much for a kids meal but I've had much better pizzas for cheaper at casual fast food places. All in all the service was good and the food is okay but definitely not worth the prices they are charging. If each item was $3 to $5 cheaper then that would be more on par with their quality.

Hubby & I had dinner here last night. We were seated right away. It took a very long time before our server came over. So long that the manager finally came over & took our drink order. Hubby got a draft beer & I got a sangria. Both were good. When our server came over he was not friendly at all. We ordered the pot stickers. Hubby got the fish and chips. I got the sliders. The pot stickers are really good, but not worth $21. We really liked the sauce they come with. We had just as good pot stickers at other restaurants for a lot less money. Hubby liked his fish. It was lightly breaded & not greasy at all. The "chips" were nothing special. Just steak fries really. Again, not worth the money for the amount of food you get. My sliders were okay. I wanted the chicken sandwich until I asked the manager if it was chicken breast or thigh meat. She said it was dark meat. I don't like dark meat chicken so I got the sliders. You get 3 sliders & fries. Whatever sauce is on the sliders was very sparse. I dipped them in the ketchup because more sauce was needed. I would like to go back & try the sushi because it looked really good from the table next to us. In my opinion, the other food is too pricey for the amount you get. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of the pot stickers before we started eating them.

New Review as of 11/18/25 About last night. After being disappointed in the first restaurant bar we went to, my friends and I decided to go to Kona and get dinner. We haven't been here in forever and I know they changed their menu all the time. We got seated outside and chatted. Got our drinks and ordered food. Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and the desserts as well. Thank you to my friends and the waiter (whom I forgot his name, but he wore glasses and had a cross over his neck) but he was super nice and gave suggestions on what to get. He said he liked the French Dip as it's one of his favorites. Will def come back again. Will be seeing more new added items on the menu. Thank you for celebrating my birthday.

We made a reservation through Resy to take advantage of our Amex benefit, but our server told us when we went to pay that they are not part of Resy--which was strange, since they were still able to find our reservation. We paid via the kiosk on the table. Hopefully, we'll still receive our reimbursement. Food-wise, the kids loved their bento box kid's meal with the "bear orange." It's definitely a great value at $8, which includes a main entrée, two sides, and a drink! The happy hour menu was also a good value, especially the chicken and shrimp lettuce wraps and the sushi rolls. The potstickers were tasty, but I didn't feel they were a good deal for happy hour. The surf and turf was good as well, although we requested medium and it came out medium-rare. Since we were in a rush, we didn't send it back. The grilled shrimp was very good! The rice on the sushi rolls were a little dry for me, but overall it tasted decent for the price. The spicy tuna roll was not spicy at all. The large fish tank behind the sushi bar was fun to look at, and the background music wasn't too loud, which was nice. The place is family-friendly, and we would definitely eat here again!

The service was great and attentive. We went in with our Resy credit from American Express. They have a special running right now with pre fixe menus (restaurant week and taste of Kona). There are some good options. The food is decent for their sushi options but the salad and steak were not fresh. I would recommend getting another option like their burgers. They also have some great happy hour options Tuesday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM, there is a 6 dollar burger meal, and again from 9 PM to close. The decor is a modern design with a dsrker ambience. Would give the happy hour a try just for the deal but would not recommend the steak options. The brownie dessert was great. The brownie was moist and soft on the inside. It is served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that really paired well.

Ambiance great we had outside patio seats. The service was fast we had a good waitress. Food was a little pricy for portion. Two kids orders and a Macadamia Nut Chicken. The chicken was raw in some edges. The manager was able to make things right. Over all not a bad experience just the undercooked vibes has me staying away for awhile..

"Well done burger" and salad untouched! That was the salad without us eating even a bite. And yet that cost us $17?!

I ordered for delivery and the driver kept messaging me apologizing for the preparation taking longer. It literally was almost 2 hours late! I could be more understanding if it was made to order but we ordered burger well done and it was totally pink pink! And the salad was so small and mediocre for $17! Visited on a Friday night for date night. We made a reservation on Open Table for 6:30 and were seated immediately upon arrival. The waiter came in inder 5 mins to acknowledge us and to get our drink order, water for me, Sprite for my wife. He came back shortly thereafter to get our food orders. I order the Steak Frites which was a 6oz NY Strip and fries and my wife ordered the sweet chile salmon w/fried rice. The food came quickly and was got. I will say I was disappointed with the portion of my strip, you'll see in the picture. It looks smaller than 6 oz however it was tender and flavorful. I ate it in 3 bites. My wife's salmon was very good though, and I'm not a salmon fan. The fried rice was just as good, although it was a weird combo; we've never had salmon and fried rice. The bill for all this was a little north of $70 so quite pricey. Only reason for 3 stars is I've been to other places and ordered steaks and their 6oz is bigger.

So embarrassing. I took a friend here for her birthday lunch. We ordered a Chinese salad and added chicken. We also ordered avocado egg rolls. Okay to start the salad was white no green was in that salad, I know it's cabbage but there should have been some green leaves. It was limp. The chicken was supposed to be pecan crusted but it was just a chicken patty. I guess I should have started with the appetizer. It was the avocado rolls, yuck, I should have sent them back. Not good. This lunch cost $61 and we didn't get any drinks or dessert!!! I use to go to this restaurant for dinner and it was pricy but good. I could not believe this underwhelming lunch. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience tonight. The server was not very kind. He rushed us to put an order in just as we sat down, didn't even have a chance to read the menu. After our food arrived my husband added a side of fries and it didn't end up coming until 45 mins later!! Our server completely forgot about us. We also had come in to watch the baseball game and he knew we wanted to watch the game but when another group came in an hour later he changed the tv and didn't ask if we had minded. They have a fantastic $7.99 cheeseburger and fry special. It is available every day and it is a double cheeseburger with French fries. It is also available whether you eat at the restaurant or get it for carryout which is really an outstanding value. The burger is delicious and it is a generous portion. My only issue with the burger is that you can order it either medium or well done. If you order two burgers cooked two different ways they do not mark which one is the well done burger. Another small issue that I have is I have ordered these burgers on several occasions and my wife likes hers well done and her burger on at least two of the occasions was actually medium. read more

Ive passed this location 100 times and Saturday decided to give it a try and was shocked to see how out of date this place was! It looked like they did not change it in 20 + years! It gave early 2010 vibes! The AC was struggling but we decided to give it a try since it was SUPER hot outside we needed to sit and get a drink. The server was super friendly and our food and drinks were really good but wow this place is UGLY and kind of dirty inside. Went to this place after nine months ago I thought maybe the food would change, but apparently not I ordered the fish tacos that were cold. I ordered the chicken wings for the appetizer. They were cold and soggy with blue cheese dipping that was the consistency of bathroom caulking! We've been frequent visitors to Kona Grill, (it's close to the movie theater) but our recent experiences have been disappointing. The food and service have declined significantly. On our last visit, we waited at our table for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or offered drinks. The servers often come across as if they're doing us a favor, rather than providing attentive service. On top of that, the air conditioning feels almost nonexistent, which is a big issue in Arizona. Sadly, Kona Grill no longer feels like the high-quality spot it once was. At best, it's become average, and that's being nice. read more

What a waste of $120. My wife and I went on Saturday for a date. I ordered a coke and it was flat, not a good start. We wanted to try somewhere new as we were new to the area. Ordered sushi and it was "okay". We then ordered the prime rib and it was medicine at best, I could have cooked it better myself. The color was way off for being medium rare and no crust on the outside of steak. The waiter asked "how was everything!?". I started to stay it was okay and I was going to elaborate but he decided to walk away, no attention to detail and slow service. The potatoes tasted like they were from a box. My mistake I should have went next store to the keg or black angus, at least I know what I will be getting. Never will come back! read more

We felt like we were being rushed from the time we sat down. Our waitress was at the table before anyone in the party had really been able to look at the menu. Our food seemed to take quite awhile to come out. When it did come out, shrimp on my surf and turf was overcooked (rubbery and cold). Filet and green beans were also cold. You could tell it all had sat in the back for quite some time. Had it been busy I might have understood, but for a Friday night at dinner time, it seemed quiet. Now I know why. I give Kona Grill 2.5 stars. We visited Kona Grill with our party of 13 on a Thursday evening during Happy Hour. The hostess was able to accommodate everyone at the same time and split us into two groups. Which we are ok with that. 1 star. Our server was very friendly and checked on us quite often. We never had to look for him. 5 stars. I ordered the ribeye with asparagus & grilled shrimp. It was the perfect portion. I loved the glazed that came on asparagus & steak. Sushi was also delightful. My niece ordered the kids Salmon in the Bento Box and enjoyed that. As for the rest of my table which there was 6 of us. No one else was too happy with their entrees or Happy Hour selections. The ambiance was a little too outdated. I would say not too have high expectations when eating here. My sister wanted to try it because of TikTok reviews made it seem amazing. I came here with a group of friends to catch up and much to my surprise, their menu was significantly more expensive than I expected for the food quality. I haven't been to Kona grill in years came here for dinner because the was no wait on a Saturday evening which already should have been my red flag. Been here a couple times but sadly won't be back. The price you pay and service is not worth it. As it was Christmas Day, I understand busy but to mess up a meal not once, but twice for a basic burger is ridiculous. To say the least we just scrapped off the mushrooms as that was the server request. As she said "it's a full house we try our best you can just scrape them off." Thankfully we aren't allergic. The prime rib was okay, served very well done when prime rib should be rare. I will say the drinks are good but that's about it. read more

It started off good with drinks. Well once they re-made my drink due to them bringing me the Kona spritz instead of the rosè spritz. Not sure how she got my drink wrong when she recommended the rosè? The app was good and fresh but lacked in flavor and no bubbles (spritz) but still good enough. We ordered an app and as soon as it came our main course arrived. Prime rib medium rare came med well, at best. We called this out to the server who told us they would be med rare. They weren't. We sent them back as we hadn't even taken the first bite of our app plus (more importantly) they were way over cooked. The mgr came out with the overcooked dinners saying that's as rare as they have. Crazy as it was only 11am. We ordered steaks instead, one of them with crab Oscar which was crushed crab meat that had spoiled. It was nasty with a funky smell. Our side of mashed potatoes came with a solid potato (not mashed, not fully cooked) inside. Bonus potatoes I guess. The green beans that came with our steaks were over cooked and shriveled up. We were so disappointed as it is Mother's Day. This is not a cheap place for a meal. We expect better from Kona. We usually enjoy our meals here but will probably avoid in the future for special occasions. Things seem to be precooked and not enjoyable. read more

First off DO NOT GO HERE if you want good sushi. Their sushi is significantly overpriced for an 8 piece roll that tastes nothing but below average. If you are able to get sushi on happy hour it's at least priced well but they definitely compensate the price for an excessive amount of rice. I got the bama roll off of happy hour and there is nothing in there that is cooked or fried so you would think it wouldn't take long to get out to the table. We waited well over 30 minutes for the sushi roll at 2:30 on a Monday. Lastly, service was very mediocre our server seemed like she hated her job and moved at a snails pace. Service was 5 star so I don't want this to reflect on the service team. I've eaten at Kona Grill, including this location in the past. Over time the food and value have deteriorated. We arrived at a little after 6 and had an event at 7 in the same plaza. Restaurant was 1/2 full (or empty depending on your perspective). Server let us know sushi would take at least an hour. Seemed odd based on seeing 4 sushi chefs. Disappointing since that is what we wanted but we decided to stay, based on past experience, and order other options. Poke bowl. Nope...raw fish so comes from the sushi bar. Ribeye meatballs. Super flavorful and super over cooked. Salad. Decent. Hard to mess that up. Miso soup. Yeah...I know about inflation but I really expected it to be a little bigger than what every other restaurant charges $6. Ok. Bottom line. Next time I'm in this plaza, I'm grabbing a hotdog next door (where my wife and daughter decided to go based on lack of sushi availability) Finally, even if the sushi was available, I would still give only a two star review based on the quality of the rest of the food. read more

My BLT+A was a little lack luster. There wasn't a lot of taste to it so I grabbed the sale and pepper and doused it pretty good just to bring some life to it. I think the multi grain bread was a little stale because as you can see in the photo, the bread had already started to crack which made it a little challenging to eat. When our check was brought out, I asked the waitress if the price of the sliders was the same as the whole burger, which she had to verify and got back to us that it was the same price. Then I noticed I didn't see a lot of cash left (I paid with $100 bill). So then I looked at the receipt and it wasn't even our bill! A waitress came back and realized the mistake and apologized, then brought back the correct one. The staff there were awesome and attentive but I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen or why we got someone else's bill, which was almost double of what ours was. I would go back just to give them opportunity to do a little better. I had to give them a 3 star rating because it appeared things were off today for them.

Kona Grill served up a mixed plate -- some hits, some misses, and a few bites that left us rolling our eyes (looking at you, Las Vegas roll). We started on a high note with appetizers that stuck the landing -- the chicken satay, potstickers, and sliders were all solid choices that had us thinking this meal was going to be a slam dunk. Unfortunately, the Las Vegas roll was more of a gamble than a jackpot -- lacking the flavor and flair we expected from something with such a flashy name. It just didn't roll with the rest of the hits. The macadamia nut chicken was a true standout -- crispy, savory, and downright nutty in all the right ways. The sweet chili glazed salmon, served over fried rice, was good but didn't quite sizzle. And sadly, the Wagyu fried rice didn't live up to its premium billing -- more "meh-gyu" than Wagyu. A surprise star of the meal was the kids' bento boxes -- a total win. One entrée (with the grilled chicken being the smart choice over the fried tenders), plus two sides. The California roll option came with eight pieces that our 9-year-old devoured, and the edamame was a fun, healthy hit the kids loved popping into their mouths. It was a thoughtful and well-executed kids' meal -- not an afterthought like at some places. Dessert tried to come to the rescue -- the carrot cake was wonderfully spiced and moist, definitely the carrot on top. The butter cake, though, didn't quite spread the love -- a bit dry and not the gooey indulgence we were hoping for. All in all, Kona Grill has some flavorful moments, especially in the apps, carrot cake, and kids' meals. But with a few flat notes, it's more of a grill-and-miss than a guaranteed win. read more

I recently ordered takeout from Kona Grill, and I have to say, I feel completely ripped off. I got the fish and chips for a staggering $41, expecting at least a decent portion and quality. What I actually received was an insultingly small, unappetizing meal that looked more like a snack than a full entrée. The fish was overcooked, dry, and greasy, and the fries were lukewarm and limp by the time I opened the container. For takeout, where you already lose some of the freshness from dining in, you'd expect the restaurant to compensate with generous portions and careful packaging--but nope, not here. The portion size was a joke. I've had better, bigger, and far cheaper fish and chips from casual spots and pubs. There is absolutely no justification for charging $41 for what they sent me. To make matters worse, when I called to express my disappointment, I was met with indifference. Overpriced, underwhelming, and totally not worth it. If you're thinking of ordering takeout from Kona Grill, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I have been going to Kona locations for years, this experience makes me wonder if I will ever be back. To start it didn't feel like the air conditioning was on, but we found a bar table pretty quickly. Our server approached pretty quickly and took our drink order. He didn't seem to be on top of his game, but still was attentive at first. We ordered two cocktails that were wildly under poured. We didn't bother to order any more. Not that it would have been possible because our server apparently our server had tables all over the restaurant. We finally ordered and then waited 45 minutes for our food. The restaurant was not busy and we were two of ten people in the bar area. The food was cold and pretty devoid of taste for Pad Thai. I didn't finish the meal. We decided that we should just call the experience bad and get our bill. We waited 10 minutes for our waiter to check back and another 15 for him to bring our check. Visited this restaurant for the first time during restaurant week, and it was a real disappointment. The Picasso roll arrived all crumbly because it was soaked in dressing, and they didn't provide wasabi until I asked for it. Our appetizer, the meatballs, didn't arrive until after our entrée was served. As for the entrée, the menu stated it was a skirt steak, but it was clearly not. Instead, it was low-quality, tough beef. I requested it to be cooked medium rare, but it came out well done. The dessert was also unimpressive; it seemed to be a frozen brownie with ice cream that was almost rock solid. They also sneaked in a $2.99 charge for playing game on their ipad on the table. They removed the charge but it felt deceptive since we were not told that games aren't free. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Came in to celebrate a birthday meal at Kona Grill and I am just... speechless! The food was good, but what really made our trip special was our server- Tanner. Oh my goodness, I just can't explain enough how attentive and friendly he was! Having tanner as our server truly made our dining experience better. We don't go out to eat much as a family since we typically like to save money for bills and whatnot, but I think Tanner may have changed our minds! I will just share one joke that Tanner told us during our meal. He said "Why did the scarecrow become a successful restaurant server? Because he was outstanding in his field!". Oh Lordy lord, how funny is that. Anyways, I just decided to come on here and let the world know of my excellent dining experience with Tanner at Kona for my birthday. I'm originally from LA but my cousin was having a baby shower in AZ, so me and the fam took a road trip down to Gilbert and on the way my husband and I stopped for a bite to eat. Our server's name was Sara and omg may I just say...BEST service I've ever had! Not only was she so sweet and attentive but gave me and my husband the best drink selections & let us in on any deals or happy hour menu that was available. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I'm quite picky when it comes to service... but Sara didn't miss a beat! I am an easy to please customer. I worked in the industry for years so I appreciate how much is put into my food.. . except here. First the waiter was horrible. No suggestions, no help when I asked for choices of drinks. Same for ordering food. We ended up skipping an appetizer. Only rolls are really offered as far as sushi, not much release. We really said little to the server when we ordered yet he slammed or plates on the table and walked away. Food was decent for a chain restaurant, but if you want to be treated as a customer, this isn't the place to go. Also the Bloody Mary has more garnish then drink... Wow Kona grill was by far the place ever for service! I got to the restaurant as. The host was the sweetest person offering my options to sit. Our server names was sol and got to us within a min asking us if we would like drinks or needed a few minutes. I had family from Mexico in town and I was struggling to translate drinks and Sol was attentive and stepped in for me translating everything. Most servers don't do that and usually my parents family or I have to ask if they speak Spanish. Overall she brought the food out quickly and made sure we were doing all good! I absolutely love this place. The food is so so good. The sushi is superb! We had the chicken club and the French dip- both were perfectly cooked and had great flavor. Desiree was our waitress and she was very kind and quickly brought our food out while frequently checking in on us to see if there was anything else that we needed. Frank- the executive chef also came out to introduce himself and see how things were going for us. He was so kind and even made suggestions for next time! This place is wonderful. I loved the food; the exotic fish tank, and the staff. They have an excellent, diverse menu, but not hundreds of pages like Cheesecake Factory. I am disabled and the staff was so kind in terms of seating me in a comfortable place. Shadi was the manager and he was accommodating. Great for couples and families. Great ambiance. Nice music, but not blasting. They have TVs, but they don't blast, and they are only in the bar. The waiter, was really nice. His nickname, queso, is after one of their special dishes. I encourage people to go to this place. You will love it. read more
