He did not rush me in any way and answered all my 100 questions. I felt very comfortable right at the start. To me getting my toddler's ears pierced was a huge decision I had to make. I work in health care, and sterilization is absolutely the MOST important thing to me, so using brand new needles was a huge plus for me. Not only did my little one get to pick out her first pair of earrings she didn't even flinch or blink when she got her ears pierced with a needle, it was done so swiftly. Veronica was very good with her and explained everything that was going to happen. I really loved how Veronica took the time to measure with a RULER to make sure her earrings were perfect, BEFORE she pierced them! I have to say Veronica is VERY good at what she does, so good in fact, just talking to her (I always have wanted to....) so I got my nose pierced and my hubby is getting his tattoo finished with her. I am also planning to have my existing tattoo lightened by her and touched up! :) Bottom line here, super plus for her sterilization education from working in Dentistry and this helps with the way she talks to children. I am extremely happy with my daughter's and my piercing!!! I have highly recommend her, to all my friends!!!!
