Waited to return something from Amazon, Employee had no expression with me or the customer before me. Shopped around for a bit and when I went to check out there was one cashier with 4 people in line. Three employees were standing by the front talking about " that's why I'm closing tonight". When I finally got to the register to purchase something I was told that they actually couldn't accept whatever coupon I had and that it wasn't for any of the items I was going to purchase. So basically waited to return, waited to checkout and finally just left what I was going to buy at the register with the coupon and left. Not surprised I only saw 3 other customers around the store. read more

This is not our regular area Kohl's, but we were around the area and had time to spare so we decided to check it out. It is definitely big. Not sure if it just looked like that to me because it was just one floor and I am used to the one where I live that is two floors but seems way smaller!! And this one has two entrances. This kohl's was very clean, and very organized. As we were browsing through the store two of there staff actually welcomed us and offered their assistance if we needed it. That was very nice of them! We didn't buy anything, we were just checking it out. Will definitely check it out again. It seemed like they had a much better variety on clothing, shoes, and bedding than the kohl's in our area. read more

Re: Kohls Savi Ranch--dented pans I love Kohls, but delivery requires quality assurance department help. Other stores make efforts to bubble wrap or doublebox/or partial cardboard. Last week, I had a terrible experience in Kohls Yorba Linda, CA (Savi Ranch location). I have a permanent complIcation from upper GI surgery and metastatic disease. I went to buy new bras that don't put pressure on my lower esophagus/diaphragm area. I wasn't sure of the size so I selected about a dozen different bras of various sizes and styles to try on. It took quite a long time and I was feeling fatigued. Unable to find a fitting room, I asked a salesperson, Esther, for help. She directed me to 2, I thanked her and headed for the closer one on the left side of store. It was closed. Still carrying a dozen or so bras and 2 shirts, I tried to find the other dressing room to no avail - no salesperson in sight. I then saw Esther & another younger saleswoman talking in a staff only backroom. I motioned in the windows for help and the young woman made an irritated face then opened the door. I said I was misdirected to a closed fitting room and couldn't find the other one. She said it was closed due to flooding; Esther commented she didn't know. I got directions to 2nd fitting room in the right middle part of the store. After trying all bras on, I put them back on hangers, carried to fitting room return rack and found another 1/2 dozen or so to try on. While looking in a section of the intimate section, I overheard Esther talking to another younger sales girl who I had seen picking up my bras placed on the return rack. I heard Esther say, "I warned you about her, she was very rude to me!" the younger one was complaining about all the bras. Neither saw me. I approached them, saying I'm still here, and have been listening to you talking about me. Esther then said I was rude to her. I started to explain why I had to try on so many, but she interrupted me, talked over me and had no interest in hearing what I had to say. When I said I was ill, she responded, "How would I know that?!". I said it didn't matter, they should not be talking badly about customers. I walked away but she followed me still carrying on. I told her to stop, I didn't need this kind of stress. I asked for her name which she gave me and then snarled, "Go ahead and report me, I don't care!". I got away from her and was very shaken. I was in another department then heard her again talking badly about me to a male employee! I then asked for and spoke with Sabrina, a manager. I was in tears and shaking as I recounted what happened. She did well in her service recovery verbiage. We had to sit as I was so weak I was losing my voice. Instead of bringing me to her office, we sat right by the front entrance with no privacy. I asked for her manager to call me. She hesitated a bit then asked fir my email. I declined but wrote down my name and phone number for her. No call from anyone has been received. If I dIdn't need those bras, I would have just immediately left this store never to return again. Quick update since they just re-opened after being closed for COVID-19. Biggest change I noticed? They have a TON of merchandise on sale, some of it 65% off and up! You have to hunt for sizes and the hangers don't always match the item size, but it's worth it to buy clothes for under $10. They seemed to have better sales all around the store. Was able to grab a couple shirts, and an ugly Christmas Sweater for about $30. Everyone is wearing masks and they have plexiglass between you and the cashier with a wide enough opening to pass merchandise though. If you're returning Amazon product, it's currently located in the another of the store in the Women's department. Look for the new signage hanging from the ceiling. read more

Kohl's has the worst customer service and I am constantly reminded by it when someone buys me something from this store and I need to exchange it. My nana bought me some sheets and had them shipped to me. She bought Cal King and I need regular king. I don't want to get her upset by telling her I need to exchange them so I thought I would just do an even exchange in the store for the exact same sheets but the correct size. Of course this is impossible at Kohl's because they don't have the size I need inside the store, so I have to return it for the lowest price and then order it full price online or get my nana all flustered and upset. Customer service told me they were unable to order it for me, even if I paid shipping and/or had it delivered to store. Even Target can do that. read more

I made a purchase last week just 1 day before my Kohl's Cash was ready to be used, forgetting I even had the Kohl's Cash coupon on hand. 2 Days after purchasing, I embarrassingly walked up to Customer Service and explained my situation - asked if I could do a return/repurchase so the $20 Kohl's Cash could be applied. So, that is what we did. But unfortunately, the capri yoga pants I bought the previous week as part of my purchase were now on a different sale (previous week was 50% off, and current sale is Buy One Get One Half Off). I signed up for a Kohls card because they told me I would receive a 30% coupon to use on anything in the store. When I received the Kohl's 30% coupon, I went into the Kohl's in Savvy Ranch. I purchased 2 shirts, gave the cashier my coupon & swiped my Kohl's charge card. Then the cashier rudely stated that the coupon doesn't work for these t-shirts. Everyone who works at this Kohl's location seems nice and helpful. Even when the store is in disarray (toy section and dressing rooms especially), it never distracts from the great sales and customer service. What's also a plus for this store is their no-hassle return policy. At Christmas last year, I bought way too many ornaments, candles, and other holiday-related items. Customer service was both professional and patient when returning the unused decorations. In spite of the stores occasional long lines, the store's sales, coupons, Kohl's cash, and great customer service definitely make the wait in line worth it! read more

Generally I like Kohl's and have a good experience at this location. However, today I left completely frustrated and left much sooner than I normally would have (thus bought much less.) Here is the source of my frustration with this location - there is no option for accommodating an infant in any of their "carts." Today I was out and about without my stroller and my 6 week old was sound asleep in her car seat. I have seen carts that accommodate infants in other Kohl's locations, so I assumed there would be something I could use. Unfortunately, there were only carts that are basically bags on wheels and another type that has a toddler seat on the front of the bag. So this left my only option to use their shoulder bag and carry around the car seat. I would understand if this store was primarily for sports or automotive, but it is a family store that has a quite extensive baby department. In addition, this particular location is next to a Buy Buy Baby, so I assume they get quite a few infants and toddlers in the store. Please Kohl's - have just a few regular shopping carts (so car seats could go in the large area) or get something with a sling for the car seat or a infant seat like BBB has next door. Difficult to find petit sizes here for women however I've recently found some great work clothes and work shoes for my boyfriend. He loves his new black and navy slacks from here and his new black work shoes because they are more comfortable than his old pair. Employees are friendly and there are usually good deals to be found compared to normal retail prices. read more

We went into the store today to purchase two boxes of underwear for my son to take with him to outdoor education. We go to check out and at both check outs there are two employees with easily 15 people backed up in line. No help insight. Customers were just dropping their items and leaving. I would have done the same thing but we needed that particular brand. After 10 or more minutes and anger rising, we reach the register just to be told by the cashier he is going on break. I told him no he isn't there are 10 people still in line get back behind that register which he did. Let me say today I told my wife we aren't coming back. I'll just go to the outlet to get the underwear and other stores that actually want to provide customer service. Mervyns was far better than your store and I think your store is close to meeting the same demise. Your store manager was no where in sight and if that was my business that manager's lack of vigilance would have them looking for a new job. read more

So now I remember why I have a love hate relationship with Kohl's. Some Kohl's I love, some I hate. This is one of the Kohl's I love. Now that they're open 24/7 for the holiday last minute shoppers, it's a great way for those insomniacs to get their random gifts. This Kohl's looks clean, organized, and the people are generally helpful. They have a more extensive shoe collection than the Kohl's in Huntington Beach, and they have good buys when it comes to kids clothes. If you're a bargain shopper, you can find some pretty good steals. Once in awhile, they have good deals with their appliances. Their shoes are ok, and some of their Simply Vera shoes are actually cute. They have a Rewards Card that is worth signing for, you get a decent percentage off. read more

So this is the kohls that I have shopped at primarily. I have been to 5-6 other Kohls, but the selection of clearance merchandise at this location is about 10 bazillion times better. I have purchased almost all of the the clothes I wear for work and half of my non work clothes at this location. You never know what will be hiding on a clearance rack till you wonder into the store and see what is there. They have become a great go to shopping destination for christmas presents as well as birthdays and or other special occasions throughout the year. It is never bad to get that $10 off $10 dollars in merchandise gift cert through the mail and when combined with a 10-30% coupon via email, well you can get a lot of cheap free or nearly free stuff for nothing or virtually nothing. Kohls is a nice shopping spot. They have good discounts. I like their shoe selection. I really like that they have different designer lines such as Lauren Conrad and Vera Wang. Even Juicy Couture is trying to make a comeback at Kohls. This location is big, clean, and new. There are lots of parking spots. Kohls is one of the few retail chains that is actually doing pretty well. Definitely need to come here more often to look for deals. read more

There are 2 things that keep me coming back to this store : #1. Hello Kitty #2. Their prices have dropped then when I first moved out here and stuff was wayyy too high! Reason why I can't give them an extra star : CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They do the bare minimums when it comes to ringing you up EXCEPT when they want you to fill out a stupid credit card app! But when it comes to customer service you can forget it! They don't help you when your walking aimlessly! The shoe section is WAYYY to cramped and needs to be wider! After calling two Kohl's in Orange County (this one and the one in Fullerton), it seems that their bridal registry scanning system is down. Meaning: If you want to add items to your registry, you have to do it online.. wait what? I want to be able to see what things look like in person before adding them to my registry!! I originally called this Kohl's two months ago and in all that time someone from corporate couldn't send someone out to fix the issue?? A lady at the other Kohl's in Fullerton told me it's their entire district that is down. Kohl's needs to fix this FAST! Talk about inconvenient! Especially since their website talks about how the registry process is so easy.. USING THE SCAN GUN! *sigh* I've given up on Kohls' registry and just stuck to Target and Bed Bath and Beyond. So, I go into the place to see what kind of Christmas leftovers are still on sale. Lots of junk, but nothing in my bag.... til I see a cute toy for my grandsons. The signs on the shelves of the toy section say "SALE: 50% OFF. TAKE ANOTHER 10% OFF AT THE CASHIER." They have even calculated the savings for me. Both toys were marked $14.99, so my cost should have been less than $7.50 a piece. Well.... I get to the cashier and she rings up the toys at $18.99 a piece and then gives me a 10% discount! WTF!!!! She sees the tag is marked at $14.99 and hears my complaint, so she calls a manager. It takes quite a while for a manager to arrive. (People waiting in line are getting huffed at this point.) The manager apologizes saying that the computer is right. The price was marked up and the 50% discount doesn't apply, only the 10%. THAT'S "BAIT AND SWITCH!" Or worse! Most people wouldn't even be watching as the cashier rings up something higher than the customer expects. In this economy, customers have lots of choices where to spend their money, if they have it to spend. I'll go to Target, even WalMart where the service is better. At least, I can count on the price at which I think I'm buying something. Kohls? Eek! Methinks NOT! Never again. read more

Ever buy clothes that you fell in love with on the spot and when you try it on at home you can't help but wonder, "What was I thinking?!" ... Yeaup. To make matters worse, I was way too excited and already ripped the tag right off. My sister assured me that Kohl's has a really great return policy so I went back the very next day.
