Not sure if they raise them differently or feed them differently but the flavor was off. I ate the noodles and avoided the chicken just to be safe so I hope everything will be ok. My boyfriend and I got the chicken satay to share for starters and the green curry with tofu for our main. The chicken of the satay was juicy and very flavorful and the peanut sauce was thick and tasty. The portion will feel crazy small if you are used to the portion sizes found in the US or other parts of Europe, but seems on pare with the rest of Sweden. The green curry with tofu was incredibly good; just the hint of spicy and the sauce was incredible. The portion of the curry was perfect and came with lots of rice. I ordered some spicy chili sauce on the side and had a wonderful smokey flavour and was also pretty spicy. The prices will feel very high if you are from some place else but I think they are about average for a nice sit down restaurant in Sweden. Either way, the meal was very very good and my boyfriend and I will be coming back before we leave Uppsala.
