During our last three visits to the well-known Çiya Restaurant in Kadıköy, we repeatedly caught items on our bill that we never ordered or received--most recently, a charge for water that was never served. While staff removed the charges when challenged, happening across three separate visits with three different servers points to a troubling pattern rather than a simple mistake. As loyal patrons who routinely brought visiting guests here, we emailed management weeks ago detailing this recurring issue. They couldn't be bothered to respond, acknowledge the billing discrepancies, or provide an explanation. Between the dishonest billing practices and absolute lack of customer care, I strongly advise anyone dining at Çiya to inspect their itemized receipt very carefully.
