They set us up an appointment for 4 weeks with Rachel, 3 weeks later they tell us that our insurance won't allow us to see the PA and we have to wait another week to get his cast off because Dr Jex won't be in the building that week. The girl who called me was condescending, telling me I must be confused why they had to change the appointment, I corrected her and told her that no, we have a problem with the appointment change because we had signed him up to play in a Super Bowl game that is scheduled prior to the new appointment time and we need the cast off beforehand.

He did another surgery which left my wrist looking even worse and then when it became infected I went to his office and he said I did not have an infection and sent me home without antibiotics. A few days later I was in so much pain I went to the emergency room. They called Dr Chan and he told them he was no longer my Dr because he didn't want to treat me after it got infected. I am so incredibly happy that I went to see Dr. Truong. My left foot was very badly deformed with a…read morebad bunion and hammer toes. It was very painful and was affecting my leg, him my whole stance and walk over the years I had been to many different doctors with not a single posi result. Actually some of the treatment or suggestions actually made my condition worse. I also spent a lot of money on physical therapy that produced no results at all.. Dr. Truong listened to my concerns and we made a plan for fixing my foot. Due to the severity of my foot, I required two surgeries. There was minimal pain for a few days after the surgery and I was walking in a boot soon after each surgery. Dr Truong and his staff are so nice and treated me like they had known me forever. My left foot is now straight, pain free and I can walk on it with no issues.My right foot has the same issues too but not as sever. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Truong and his staff to correct my right foot also. I wish I had gone to him years ago.
