After reaching out to…read moremany different cleaning companies, BVK responded back quickly and was very detailed in the deep cleaning service description. Their quote was very comparable to the other service providers and for the detail of their work they provide, the value is definitely worth the price. Karina and her team were very through in the cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised at the dedication in making sure that everything was cleaned top to bottom. I will definitely be using their service again.

I hired Sophisticated Cleaners for a pre-move in cleaning of an empty house. I was very clear on…read morewhat I wanted done including the bathroom fans, light fixtures, outside of the appliances, the bathrooms and the baseboards. I was assured they would do a great job. I was copied on a correspondence sent to the cleaning team and it stated "she is going to be picky, let's do a great job." Well, they didn't. I gave them access to the house so the house would be clean on move in day and it was like nothing had been touched. I am not even sure they ever showed up. The only visible sign of cleaning was the two rooms with carpet having been vacuumed but the previous owner stopped by and said they had vacuumed right before they left. The bathroom fans had not been touched, nor the light fixtures, nor the ceiling fans, nor the bathtubs or showers. I sent pictures and Chris did apologize and gave me some money off. He offered to come out Monday AM to do the job but it was my first day in the house, working from home, so that just wouldn't work. Chris kept saying he gave me a discount and money off but $240 for doing nothing is still a lot of money. Extremely disappointed and lesson learned, I will never hire someone do a job that I am not there to check before paying.
