It seems to be with every upgrade that they do it makes certain situations worse. I don't understand why when you're in a member profile if you fill in one field for a specific item why it can't auto populate in other fields within the profile hence doubling the works. Visually and task wise it is not user friendly at all. The on-line help tutorials aren't of any help at all. I have worked in the accounting, invoicing department for many companies for 13 years and this is by far the most un-user friendly software to use. If they weren't industry specific than I wouldn't even bother recommending them.
