I saw Flyers for this daycare and took a tour and I was amazed at everything they provide for the kids! I felt heard and seen as a person AND a mother despite my age I signed my kid up and I was surprised the paperwork wasn't just emergency contacts and such. These people want to know your kid as an individual! I was worried about the transition to a new area, but they introduced their dog Coco! Coco is such a sweetheart with the kids and Coco helped my son transition so well! My son felt safe and did not cry during this transition and I have never felt better I cannot explain the aura of love these people have for the kiddies here these people are the best and they offer so much help to us parents and the kids, they will let you know immediately through text/call if something is wrong or just little updates! Like what they're eating As someone who had feared home-based daycares for a while I have to say my kid will be staying here as long as they can! they just opened up a new building and it is stunning! The kids bathroom is so bougie I'm jealous they have lots of space/toys outside and so many toys and activities! Sandbox, cars and a mini garden area for the kids in spring! I can't explain enough how amazing this all is to know your child is so so loved while you as a parent are working! this isn't just a daycare or afterschool program. This is a second home for your child and it is filled with love and support

At a very practical level, the hours are great and work very well with our work schedules. The teachers are very approachable and have been open to working with me with any concern I have had about my child. I love the Nurtury's focus on building independence and practical life skills- I see my son learning to do things on his own like feeding himself and cleaning up after himself. They have added new and fun things like spirit weeks, celebrating traditions from different cultures and religions and music jams. The communication has been excellent since there has been a new director. We are kept up to date with changes and how these changes are being addressed. In addition, weekly and monthly newsletters are sent out.

TLE was my son's first daycare and I think it will be his last because from what I can see now, I…read moredon't see us going anywhere else before he goes to school. My son started at TLE in July of 2019. He was 1.5 years then. By September, I was looking for other daycares and I was looking to move somewhere else where I can find better options. Why is that? Well, because the management, back then, had some communication problems. And there was a lot of turnover in the teachers and there was not much stability. The higher management though were so communicating and good at addressing my concerns. They hired a new manager. Also, almost most of the teachers who didn't meet the required level of expertise were changed. Now, I'm changing homes. One of my major requirements for the new home is to be close to TLE so my LO can go there until he goes to school. This is how much everything changed since few months ago. To be honest, since the first few weeks. I could see huge improvement and change in my LO behavior and skills. Because I was so lucky to have one the great teachers from the beginning. Ms Aly, who is one of the teachers who was there since the daycare opened, is very responsible, informative and attentive. she tries her best to make the kids and the family happy. My LO calls the daycare "Aly" because of how much he loves her. My son now moved up to a different class, and this was scary for me at the beginning but actually the teachers there are so great too. I hope TLE would continue on their high standards as I can see it now. Yes, sometimes small things still happen because nothing is flawless or perfect. But now you can see immediate actions and things keep getting better.
