I'm from China, I went here because my German husband once went here for normal teeth check and he says it's good. I trusted him at first and I think how he behaves is normal German dentist behavior. But after several visits I realize that he is not careful, responsible and doesn't have any patience for me. My fillings are never comfortable, he went away immediately after the treatment and didn't even adjust the hight of filling. What's more, he is so careless that he didn't even repair my teeth completely before he made the filling. I suffered from one tooth for 5 months with a lot of pain, can't drink cold or hot. What he answered was to wait for longer, which is completely nonsense!!! And he charged me several hundred Euros for that!!! He did three root treatment on me, two of them he didn't even tell me, just did it!!! My goodness! Are German dentist all like him???When I ask some questions, his answers are always short or just open his hands and say he is only a dentist! Where are the doctor's responsibility for patients???After all these experience I decided to cancel all the rest appointment saying I'm leaving for another city. Didn't want him to feel bad. In the end I found a really good female dentist in Sachsen, ranking the top 100 doctors(including dentists) in Germany. She is very patient, has time for me and really good skill. I mean, as a doctor or dentist, it really doesn't matter how good skill you have. But if a doctor is working only for money, it would really be a tragedy for the patients.
