I love this lobby around the coffee shop because it is open air and has a steady breeze that keeps it cool. Taking a break in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii... We were actually looking for dessert at Knots Coffee Roasters, but their machine was broken. The cashier apologized. Note: They have a special "Tokyo-style soft serve" that's supposed to be really good because it has coffee jelly in it... oh, well... we can try again later... Located in the Queen Kapiolani Hotel, we were passing by (after lunch) on the way to our cars. Since we were there, we got beverages... because it was a warm July afternoon... My Mango Peach Tea was slightly sweetened upon request. It was a nice, fruity, refreshing pick-me-up so that we could continue on to dinner... LOL! I'd return for other menu items, too - such as: Braised Beef Loco Moco, açai bowl, and salmon avocado toast! So many things sound delicious! I mentioned this was my first time and asked if she had tried the Breezy Brown Sugar latte. I was convinced when she said it was one the most popular ordered. I was gonna leave after I got it, but I smelled it. It was delicious, I ordered it hot and she put a little heart for me. It's the small things for me. She smiled when I told her it was delicious. Despite the location being right by the road, the Waikīkī sounds become ambient noise and the cafe is quiet enough focus on work. I asked for an iced matcha latte with light vanilla. The matcha flavor isn't strong so the latte mostly tastes like vanilla. I would come back again to enjoy the space, but I'd try another drink. **The birds are aggressive. This is not the business' fault because the birds are aggressive everywhere in Waikīkī but worth noting. I probably wouldn't feel comfortable eating an entire meal at this cafe out of fear that a bird would sweep by and steal something. read more

A solid little cafe in the Queen K hotel. I stayed in the hotel, making it quite easy for my morning coffee. Coffee was really good. I didn't partake in food as sit was quite pricey. The seating area is an open air-ish concept making it quite lovely to enjoy. I spent many a morning on my laptop enjoying the morning sea breeze just a few blocks away. Overall, a great laid-back hotel cafe. Not a destination, but if nearby or staying at the hotel, a solid spot for a coffee and a sit. read more
