Mark Farrar is a House Designer with an artistic, professional and practical ability to transform a building site into a Home Site. Mark's first design project for me was in 2003 on one of my vacant parcel building sites on Quail Tail Trail in Sedona, AZ. I also hired Mark to design two more homes for two other vacant land parcel of mine also located on Quail Tail Trail in Sedona, AZ.
Mark's house design for the three projects gave potential buyers the vision needed to conceive what was possible to build on the two narrow long lots and one small triangle lot and still take advantage of the Sedona Red Rock vistas and the local zoning building setbacks. The two narrow lots sold and enabled me to pursue other vacant land opportunities in the mountains of Boulder, CO.
I also engaged Mark to do a preliminary house design for the 20-acre parcel I purchased in the foothills of Boulder, CO. His design enabled me to receive preliminary approval for a 4,800-foot house from Boulder County.
Currently, Mark and I are reviewing the need for a potential design for the one final vacant lot on Quail Tail Trail, that does not have a Mark Farrar house design attached to it, for the potential buyers to envision the possibilities.
