We loved the pastries and sandwiches here but had a running joke of visiting "the cranky baker", as one of the servers here is extremely cranky and we even witnessed him yelling at a customer. Regardless, waking up to fresh coffee and almond croissants filled with nutella each morning is worth the cranky customer service ;)

The gentleman who handled the tour was very knowledgeable and funny. Both of my visits has been with large groups and they are very good at accommodating us. Desserts were top notch as well. I look forward to my next visit
