Poor quality! Talks up his game! Unreliable! My project is…read morethat deck with pergola that's pictured which this was his first. Utilizing 4x4's instead of 6x6's was my first concern but he talked his game. Of course he added more 4x4's to strengthen it at the corners. My major complaint is my decking. It's not leveled and rolls up and down from joist to joist. As you can see in the picture at center point at 4x4 post. This was (cause he fixed it yesterday 10 mos later) the highest offset. He blames material in which he selected. He also blames the decking for some reason. A professional would not have left a job like this saying I'm done. Pergola is also wobbly. He used some of my equipment (tools) that I was nice enough to offer because he doesn't seem to be prepared with. Blew out my wheelbarrow wheel and didn't replace it. Two tracked my yard saying he'll fix it in the spring (I did) and blames covid19 for not coming out when he was actually doing other jobs. He has so many excuses & lies that he can't keep up with his stories. Last contact was today 11-2-20 with him saying don't contact him on messenger anymore because it's his personal page. Yup, even though that's the way we've been communicating since last winter. I will bash this person every chance I get. I'm glad I didn't let him talk me into a garage and shed. Only good thing about him is his ambitions.
