Kevin was recommended to us by my brother in law who also was very satisfied with his new home…read moreinspection. Having bought many homes over the years I knew the importance of not taking an apparently well maintained home for granted . Finding out just what we were buying was critical to our interest in the home . Kevin was easy to schedule as needed and spent quite a long time inspecting the home and all of its various electrical , plumbing , and mechanical components . Although there were no serious issues, there were a number of minor repairs and remedies we learned about which were provided to the sellers with Kevin's very complete and photo documented report to address prior to our closing . Without Kevin's inspection, not only would we have incurred the repair cost , but likely the undisclosed problems may have become greater in the future . I highly recommend N-Spec for any property inspection prior to its purchase , KHV

Joey did our home inspection for a home we are buying, sight unseen by us, in Summerdale. Our…read morefriends had already previewed the home with our "Buyers Agent" and told us it was a must buy. I contacted Joey via a referral and interviewed him on the phone as I did other inspectors. His Fire Dept. experience impressed us as who knows better than firemen the weak spots in homes and what to look for? Joey did a wonderful inspection and forwarded his results to us that afternoon. It was not his fault but he was unable to inspect the attic as the homeowner had left a vehicle blocking the attic access point. The next day, after the agents contacted one another and the home owner, Joey returned and did the attic and upper structural inspection. He did not gripe one time nor did he ask for more money for the 2nd trip out to the house. He was extremely professional whenever I spoke to him and his reports were clear and concise and easily understandable. I highly recommend PURUS HOME INSPECTIONS and Joey. He did a wonderful job for us and we are looking forward very much to moving into our new home all the way from Arizona. Thank you Joey for a job well done !!!

I actually hired him twice recently because he found some serious flaws in a brand new house I had a contract on so I walked from the deal. I gladly hired him again a month later when I had a contract on another house and he did a great job generating "punch list" items for the builder to touch up before closing. That builder was responsible, but we still had items left to finish at the last minute and David made himself available on short notice to perform a wrap up inspection since I was unavailable. I highly recommend him.
