We have rented many things from this company over the years. We rented a paint sprayer from this…read morebusiness to paint the ceiling in our bar. I explained to Scott Sellinger when reserving the paint sprayer that we needed to wait until the bar closed at 1:30 am to paint the ceiling. The paint sprayer did not work. We returned the unit by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and the employee said the owner would call us on Monday. I finally called Scott Sellinger on Tuesday and he was rude, called me a liar and was very demeaning. He could have looked up our rental history and done what a normal reputable business would have done and refunded the $119 and apologized for our inconvenience. They will never get any future business from me and we will use Lincoln Rental instead. I would like to ask Scott Sellinger if this $119 really meant this much to him?

I have always been honest and safe and I felt I was loyal. I was the highest paid person there and handled everything. I had a break down from mental reasons caused by the pandemic. They don't have a handbook or any internal training. The owners are swearing at each other and the employees. They are doing drugs and drinking alot. They don't follow safe guidelines and I was constantly telling them about this. They have been suid by 4+ employees and have been dropped by insurance companies. They have no certification for any forklift or shop mechanics. As the Covid drug on I hurt my back because we were setting up large tents with only 2 people. I tried having a nice conversation with Todd and Scott and they ignored me. I then cracked over pressure and yelled at them. They fired me and then hired a lawyer to fight my unemployment claim. They have never used one before and never fought others or pandemic. They also paid employees who were getting benefits cash to do work. They also lied about who was working after the ppi loan. I was denied the first claim and appealed it. After the court appeal the judge honored my appeal and then they filed a appeal. Today I have received a letter stating I was denied that. I am not working now and cannot pay my bills. I was forced to get link but that is very small. I am asking you to stop using them..

There are no excuses for not communicating if you're going to be 3.5 hours late. Still no call after late. Just guys showing up. Then when they did pick up, it had just rained and they tore up the grass at a wedding venue getting the tent. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable all around. Offered no credit when asked for it. Said discount on next rental- are you kidding me?! No way am I ever renting from them again.

When I first reached out to the company regarding my wedding, I had been discussing back-and-forth how many people we would have. I was advised in order to accommodate the extra people I should get another tent, extra tables and chairs. I had later spoken with the person about paying extra for the tables and chairs to be set up along with the tents and lights. I also requested for them to set up on Thursday instead of on Friday because our rehearsal dinner was on Friday night (they did waive the fee to set up early nicely before the wedding) When they had showed up on Thursday, most of the tables were the wrong shaped tables for the event when I had told the gentleman setting up, they stated told that they were advised that there were some round tables and some rectangle I had told them I spoke with somebody and I had messages showing that it would be all rectangle tables. They then stated they would not be able to bring them until the next day.... When they were setting up some of the correct tables, we had realized there was NO WAY 200 people would fit. We tried calling the office multiple times and reaching out to the people in the office with no response. The following morning as my wedding party and I were trying to get pampered for the big event the person in the office finally returned my phone call and stated there was nothing they could do. I stated to her that in the messages and emails it was clearly stated that it would cover 200 people when in fact it would not. I asked if we could receive an extra tent, and she stated I would have to pay for it. I did not find that to be right as I had previously planned this months in advance, and if I knew it would not accommodate the 200 people I would've found another alternative for a venue. Thankfully as I was on the phone with her, my husband called and told me that the men setting up were able to get us another tent with no charge, I will say over and over again the men setting up everything were absolutely amazing and did everything they could to try to help us, but even they had stated at the time of set up there was no way that 200 people would fit... Unfortunately, the day of the wedding was over 90° and we had multiple people that had to sit in the sun Due to the inconvenience even with the extra tent. I will never ever suggest this company to anyone. On what should've been some of the best couple days of my life turned out to be extremely stressful due to this inconvenience.
