Don't use this company!! A prior owner of my house didn't pay all of his utility bill to the city before closing and Knight Barry has done nothing to help me get it figured out since it was their mistake in the first place and their responsibility. Now it's on my taxes with interest, and they have done nothing but avoid me. I even had to leave a voicemail several times with Beth not calling me back to follow up after several days. I called almost every day to make sure it wouldn't go on my taxes and finally when I could actually get a hold of Beth, she told me it was "taken care of." Probably just to get me to stop calling to follow up. Businesses should not lie to paying customers; it isn't good practice. Also, they should answer their phones. When they make a mistake, you will pay, not them! Steer clear of Knight Barry! If I could give it no stars, I would! Will never use their services again! read more
