I met with a handful of web service providers and Tasha & Drew at Vegas Website Design were far and away the winners. With our first meeting they listened to our businesses unique needs and tailored a solution for our needs. This was all specific to exactly the amount of support I was looking for which was greatly appreciated- their competition really didn't do that but matched us to existing offers. They were able to partner with us on building plans that are helping us grow. Implementation was extremely painless and easy. I was prepared for a mess but it was nearly handsfree and smooth, all completed within a day. There are regular website backups so I know we'll never lose any data or content. After implementation, Tasha has been extremely proactive with our team on improving the websites. I admittedly have been really swamped but she's taken it on to do research of what has worked for other businesses in our vertical and how we can improve on it. I'm overall extremely impressed with Vegas Website Designs work and the best part? It's a fraction of the price of our last partner. Truly impressed top to bottom with their partnership, the care they have shown my team, and their dedication to excellence. I'd absolutely recommend them for any sized business.

My husband and I were about to open our Pilates studio in Henderson, and the web developer/SEO person we hired quit three days before our opening date after we paid a ridiculous amount of money upfront. I contacted Platinum in a distraught frame of mind. After explaining what happened to Tony over the phone, he said he would make time and asked if we could meet immediately. He was in our Studio the same day to meet my husband and I and learn about our product. Even though the situation was super stressful and delayed our exposure for community awareness and web visibility, Tony and his team stepped up and prevented a complete disaster. They produced a way better product with impressive results right off. Our Website was poorly designed from the backend, so Tony decided to scrap it and redo it -(NC), which was unbelievable. Now, our Website, ReformYou.com, is on track and organically ranking. Platinum is handling our social media, too. The images are sharp, and the descriptions are detailed and professionally SEO-written. I am impressed with how quickly Tony and his team understood our industry and the competition and were able to produce content to target our exact demographic. The communication is always impeccable and more than timely! Platinum shows you the results, unlike our previous experience. 'They quit' because we asked what had been done since we didn't see any progress. Tony is entirely transparent with his work's status, reporting, and results. As a bonus, they are a fun group to work with. Platinum saved us, and in working with Tony, we have become friends. Tony has become a family friend - he and his attended our Grand Opening, and we plan to have dinner soon... It's a pleasure to recommend this company!

I drive across town to learn that only 3 of the 10 are ready. He has more excuses about bent frames and needing more screws so he will drop them off the next day. The next day only 4 of the remaining 7 signs show up. At this moment, after 30 days of ordering and paying for them, I am still chasing this guy for signs. Three signs are over $100 that I am still owed. I tell him that if they are not ready in 48 hours I will request a refund via my credit card. Here is what Sacbe said in the email, "Placing dispute with credit cards will only add fees to your account and will remove any and all discounts." Now he threatens to charge me more when he can't live up to his promises, what a joke. This doesn't scare me as he won't get another penny from me but honestly my time is just way to valuable to work with bad vendors. I order signs on-line all the time and they are perfect and come in early. Our office did a large group purchase with this place and it was the biggest mistake we ever made. Spend your money somewhere else as you will not be happy here. Also, they are now working out of 3280 E Tropicana Ave #G Las Vegas, NV 89121 @ Tel. 702-608-3426. I am sure this is due to poor reviews killing their business.
