This review is about my treatment from a clinic employee, not the program. Going on a drug-assisted…read moreweight loss plan is new and a little scary. But I dove in with 2 feet. At my first visit, one of the employees tried to get a blood sample, but missed my vein and had to try again. I'm squeamish about needles so that was no fun. After returning home, I had a few questions about my new diet. I sent a few emails that were not returned. Later, at the clinic, I questioned the source of my Terzepitide, because I read about Lilly cracking down on compound pharmacies. The employee in question told me it came from a reputable lab, their source was plentiful, and that I was getting compounded medication. The next week, with a different clinic employee, I asked again about the drug's origin. I commented that I had not received a detailed explanation before. The employee from my earlier visits came around the corner after hearing my question, and proceeded to contradict my re-telling of my original question. I remarked that she "has big ears" referring to her stepping into my conversation. She replied: "You have a big mouth." During my visit, I asked about a "$100 off" promotion available during your first month, but the employee told me that I could not receive it. I complained to the corporate office and it gave me my $100 credit. I'm loosing weight and am very happy about that, but I've switched to an on-line clinic and Publix for the drug. Medi-weight Loss admits it is short-staffed, so don't expect personal service or questions answered that are emailed. Their office hours are very limited.
