No communication to let us know they were running late or would not even make it- rearranged my work schedule to be there for this. When I called their dispatch, all I received was the run around and no answers. The Office Manager calls me and I asked her to cancel my membership and she begins to lecture me on how I should have empathy and that things happen. I stated correct, things do happen- but suggesting me to be a certain way is not her job nor is it professional. At the end of the day business is business. After an earful, I was cancelled- AND they did not follow through with the service call they missed or even try to make things right. Thanks Benton's! True colors. Stay away!

I don't imagine I will need HVAC services after their repairs, but I will recommend Benton's to anyone that does.

I called Bulldog Plumbing on a Friday midday, after other plumbers said it would be a week or so before they could get to me. The service rep, Untwan, was working in Tupleo, but said he would take care of me afterwards...and he did! He kept me informed of when he would get to my home in Starkville, and what he found as he was trouble shooting the issue. He got it fixed, and allowed me to even get to the second half of the baseball game. The issue was resolved, and he even followed up the next day to insure everything was working right (it was!). His cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Bulldog Plumbing!
