There's a comfortable customer waiting room place and a clean restroom. The kids weren't with us…read morebut there were plenty of room if they had been. The service is gruff but efficient or friendly and efficient, depending on who you get up front. My wife did most of the talking since because she knows engines way better than me. They were friendly to her, which, if your gruff to me but kind to my muscular little ox , that's all I really cares about. She liked that we were next door to Tastee's. We each wolfed down a few Tastees in the waiting room while watching a show boat home repair. I didn't care for the show. I would have changed to something else if aloud. However, our big SUV was in and out so quickly but them repairs were done correctly. So fast I couldn't get to my third sandwich exclamation point Big Bertha finished her third then grabbed mine extra and ate it while paying the guy up front. So she had four sandwiches. We fed the kids dinner that night (last month ago)but me and BB weren't hungry! We ett cereal! Laugh out loud face The price, Bertha telled me, was reasonable for the service we had done. I wanted to put a picture of us and the truck in front of the tire man out front but my sweetie says people on the net are fu*king nuts and ain't no way we taking a picture to show everyone us selves to the crazys.

I just called to confirm they are still ok for tomorrow, and the guy says I have to leave the vehicle, and refused to provide an estimate. Why would a shop have a problem with a customer waiting for service (like every other place I've been to)? It's a big shop, so I presume they know what they're doing, and shouldn't have any trouble preparing a rough estimate, at least as far as how many hours it will take if all goes to plan... I have been to a lot of shops, and have never had this kind of experience. I highly recommend using a different shop, as these guys made no effort to provide good customer service, and it seems they are only interested in taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Heartland Tire seems to be a much more trustworthy operation. They didn't have time to help me on such short notice, but took the time to discuss, and were honest about their availability.
