Hospitality, Staff, Service, Cooking techniques and quality of Ingredients are below any standard we have expierence in Germany. Orderes where taken fairly fast in comparison of the over 1h wait for the Food and 30min for paying the Bill. Our waiter had a terrible attitude and gave an low eyeroll when my wife ask for a English menu and ordered in English. ( I believe they are many international Tourist visit this place maybe a good opportunity to teach staff about Diversity?!!) We wanted to enjoy Dinner as a Family of 4 with 2 kids 2 and 5 and a hangry wife. After order was taken it took over an hour to receive the food which due the fact the chefs/cooks where sitting outside when we came and again/still when we left? It was a friday night and the terrace was full. But by the end a team with qualifying leaders shouldnt have handled. The Schlaubetal Teller was ok but the meat dry and black. A little Sauce or second drink ( oh wait someone actually should've check on us and ask if we need anything else)z The Zander ( perch) was overcooked and totally not to enjoy ( I send it back) maybe I should have ordered the Fishsticks which would be the same Idea after seeing the Fish the send, the Broccoli overcooked and all vegetable looked like frozen ones. When we arrived we ask for a high chair which didnt arrive and than the waiter took ot from another table because the kid was in the restroom ( never seen that before). I ask for a second glass for the water bottle we ordered it never arrived. As our main Waiter arrived after he took the order almost 2h ago he was surprised to hear about the concern about the food and said he would take it off the bill. Not sure of he aspected a applaus for it but our main goal was to eat Dinner which we didn't accomplish so for that he also didn't received the tip he was waiting to receive in front of me while waiting for my payment. The Staff serious need to work on leadership and Cooking techniques as well on hospitality service... I can not recommend this place to anyone and would say please avoid at any cause if you can... Gepflegtes Haus mit freundlicher Bedienung und sehr guter, authentischer Balkanküche, mein…read morepersönlicher Favorit bei den Speisen Lammspiess oder gegrillte Leber. Absolut empfehlenswert und die Preise sind in relation zur Portionsgrösse moderat. Wer dort einkehrt fühlt sich wohl ! Maintained house with friendly operation and very good, authentic Balkans kitchen, my personal favorite with the meals Lammspiess or grilled liver. Absolutely recommendable and the prices are moderate in relation to the portion size. Who there feels in-turned well!
