This is the worst airline experience I've had. We are in Rome without our checked baggage and they won't do anything to help. We were told to fill out a form online. Online form won't let you fill it out. Tried calling Delta (who included KLM in our flight). They kept us on hold for 45 minutes. Gave up. Called Air France, per KLM instructions. They are forcing us to spend our time in Rome going back to the airport to get their form. Why can't they email it? No one knows.... I would never choose this airline again. read more
