Asked for some long…read morelayers to remove some of the weight of my long hair when I put in up in a ponytail, ended up with 4 inches removed and something that looked like a long bob, and all one layer. Nothing like what I asked for, and also unevenly cut on one side which I discovered once I got home & washed it. So angry & upset, couldn't even phone to salon to complain or ask for my money back. Truthfully wouldn't have gone back there anyway, even for them to attempt a "fix". Wouldn't recommend this place, or ever go back. I've had 2 supercuts haircuts in my lifetime that were better than this, and for a cheaper price.
