Klatch was a pleasant surprise. At first glance the menu is very simple, something my bf appreciates a whole lot but it was still very good. BUT it does offer more with essentially their build your own option. It's still very simple but the combinations vary. I have to say that the citrus option really elevates this coffee. I try plenty of coffee shops so what sets them apart from one another matters. The citrus by far has to be the difference and it's so subtle yet so gratifying. LOCATION: Tucked away in a small plaza near large warehouses and hotels. Not too much surrounding the location itself but the Ontario Mills Mall is close by. FOOD: I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte and was informed that they call it a "Vanilla Bean Latte". Totally fine, I just thought the cashier had taken my order wrong. A friend recommended this place. I love coffee but I'm not a coffee person who knows beans and the difference between roasts types and a latte vs a cappuccino. So I've been coming here for a couple years because I was ready to take it a step up from the more mediocre coffee "chain" I won't mention. I'll just say I'm never looking back. I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile from their friendly staff with my favorite drink ready to enjoy. I usually order the same drink (Iced Americano) and they always pull the shots just perfect! My daughter likes their iced matcha latte. It actually says "secret" as one of their ingredients. Probably milk. hahaha Anyway, it's a little sweeter than I would like but i can see myself ordering this often. Maybe I can ask them to cut down on that sweetness? I came here early this morning (around 6:30am) and was helped by an awesome lady (unfortunately did not get her name). She recommended me the "Bees Knees" which has vanilla, honey, and orange (I got it hot). I also got their most basic breakfast sandwich which was ok, but my god, that bees knees latte really is the bees knees. It was so good I came back for another latte later this afternoon and Joshua helped me with my drink. This time I got a decaf iced version. I found it a little too sweet this time, but when I went to ask for a little half and half and some ice to fix it, Joshua offered to remake it for me so I would love it. Needless to say, I did. I visited Klatch Coffee today on a recommendation as I was a little early to my flight out of Ontario Airport. Walked in and was greeted ans given some recommendations. Wasn't very busy when i got there and got my drinks quickly. After 5 min it got pretty busy. Staff was really helpful and upbeat. Nice seating area outside. Even in 90 degree weather with the shade on their patio and the breeze from the santa ana winds, it was comfortable. Definitely recommend it. $4.75 for a 16 oz cold brew and 24 oz is $5.75.
