Dealing with this company for my mother's monument was terrible from the start. When dealing with a monument company after the death of a loved one, you expect compassion and sympathy. That is the last thing we got from them when ordering the monument. They were brash, rude, and completely uncaring in their dealings with us. Then when the monument was complete, they left off the date of death. They subsequently blamed it on us for not catching it in the proofs. We assumed we were only checking spelling of names and not something so standard as a date of death. We very wrongfully assumed a monument company that only comes into play when someone dies, would not forget the date of death. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
