    0 stars. If you want to pay for no customer service, this is the store. I took my laptop which I…read morebought online to this store, JB hifi Prahan. The staff in charge of laptops, without looking at the laptop or taking a look at my purchase date/warranty status of the device, immediately accused me of deliberately damaging my laptop by breaking the screen to lodge a claim. I dropped the laptop off for Lenovo assessment. I was then told it is customer damage and my claim was denied a few days on, although the laptop hadn't been sent to Lenovo for an assessment?!! I went back 5 days later and the laptop was still at the store. I had to insist for an assessment report by Lenovo which they never provided and finally a week after the laptop was picked up by the courier for assessment/repair, I got an sms that it was ready for pick up- they had repaired it! I was still waiting for a quote for repair after being told multiple times that I had damaged the screen. They didn't charge me finally as I felt it was a faulty screen which needed formal assessment. Whether it's JB hifi or Lenovo(first time buying Lenovo laptop), I had poor service from both. I highly recommend familiarising yourself with the claims policy, extra care or any extra insurance taken as I felt it doesn't really protect the customer. You have to ask to be covered for accidental damage.
