Now two WL weeks after the job is "done" I still have tractor tracks in my grass that weren't fix and a pile of 12' long construction material that is STILL sitting in my front garden. I have also lost the use of 3 full zones of my sprinkler system because they were completely covered even though I marked them and gave Sione a map of the head locations. I will not refer him to family or friends in the future. Sione came out and gave a bid on building two walkways and a patio out of flagstone. He gave us a quote that was below the market average and he had done work for other members of our family recently and the work was well done. After getting the first "gut check" quote from him and being instructed to go pick out a the stone we wanted it took us almost two months to get him back to give a final itemized quote. After multiple calls and texts he finally came back and did the full quote and learning it would only be about 3-4 days of work. After agreeing to the quote it took another full month before works "started". They dropped off a full size front loader/bucket tractor and left it in my side yard for a full week before beginning work. Then they tore everything out in one day, which was great, but then no work for another week and a half. Then another days worth of work where a LOT gone done, but then they disappeared for another week. This went on for 6 weeks until the job was 90% complete. Now I'm stuck at 90% jobs complete three weeks later and it still isn't done. Called him on Monday (two days ago) saying I need all the construction material removed from my front garden that his guys left. He said he was sending a guy right then to pick it up. It's still here. The final major annoyance is that even though I put marker flags on all of my sprinkler heads, three were broken, 5 were removed and the pipes were cut but they couldn't tell me which ones. Supposedly the pipes are capped, but since they couldn't tell me where they were capped I'm afraid my yard is going to flood. Lastly, and the most frustrating, we specifically said no weed barrier, yet it was installed everywhere. And all my flag markers were removed when weed barrier and bark was put down and no holes were cut for my sprinklers. Now I have to start digging around and randomly cutting through the weed barrier to free about 20 sprinkler heads in three of my 8 zones. The constant frustration on never know when his crew was coming back.

It was easy to get them scheduled, but that's where it stopped being easy. The crew came out to demo my yard to prepare for the new concrete and they took chunks out of my existing driveway. They also destroyed my sprinklers and we had to wait an extra week or so for a replacement part to come in. They also destroyed my neighbors sprinkler and took some of their decorative bricks and threw them in a garbage heap, which caused awkwardness between us and them. They put all the dirt from the demo on my existing driveway and left it there for like 5 days, blocking my wife's car in. When they came back to frame it up they kept forgetting about parts of the project (fence post, putting metal under my stairs for support, how we wanted to grade the cement for a basketball hoop, details I had to go through with them like 10x and it was still chaos when the cement came). They would schedule the pour and then I wouldn't hear from them. I took multiple days off work for the pour that never came. When the day finally came they had the cement truck pull on my driveway directly and it cracked so bad they had to cut out a piece and frame it up on the fly. The fence post that I paid them to set is hollow (no wood holding it up). They didn't dig a hole, they just set the post in the cement and called it good. After the job was done we saw a bunch of chips in our existing driveway, and some of the new cement crumbling away. I've been calling them since they poured and keep getting the runaround. They'll tell me they'll have someone out and then go silent. Once I paid them they went dark. They promise a warrenty on the work but once you pay you're no longer a priority. I still text Teki and Garrett once every week or two begging them for help. Our cement was poured in May (it's now September). They'll tell me that they'll get someone out next week and go quiet again. I didn't want to leave a bad review because they seem like nice people, but it's been a nightmare.
