Once I decided on what I wanted, we scheduled an appointment. However the day of the appointment, the weather wasn't cooperating and I texted Jon and we rescheduled for today 12/2/24. Well to make a long story short, see the attached pictures. Mel showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Our car sits outside all of the time and with all of the construction around us for the last 3 years, the engine was a disaster. I only found this out as I went to jump start my Cousin's car. This review is long overdue. I love writing reviews for these types of small businesses as they deserve all the praise and shoutout for their hustle and commitment. I am a very picky person when it comes to who details/washes my cars. There is a big market out there in Vegas and lots of folks running around doing mobile washes and it has taken me a while to settle in with these folks but it was worth the wait. Usually I am challenged with people using cruddy products or being not so detail oriented when they get to actually doing the job but these folks are a gem. Great responsiveness, great professionalism, good transparency on when washes can be done, etc. These guys continue to service my BMW and Benz and they do it flawlessly. I trust them for every aspect of the car and even have taken their guidance a few times on how to talk to my dealerships on things that require their attention. My dad found these guys. He was in town to drive my 9 year old truck back to Michigan. Although it wasn't in rough shape, it did have a lot of dog hair inside and had never been detailed or waxed in the 9 years I've had it (I know, I know). They met him at the hotel, they were on time and the results were amazing. It was shiny and almost new looking after the wax job. A recent valve gasket failure left my engine bay looking terrible. I wanted it to be clean so I could detect any future mechanical issues so I had KJN Auto Spa come to my home and cleaned it thoroughly. Additionally, I had them give the car an express wash. I was particularly happy with how well they cleaned my trunk (little bits of stuff always gets stuck in the carpet material). Another detail I appreciated was the entire rim being cleaned, inner part included. Often detailers only get the visible outer portion. read more

Quick exterior and engine bay wash Quality of product/service: Jon did a great job washing my beater's engine bay! It even smelled good after lol. He was also careful washing the exterior as I asked him to be careful on a couple of sensitive paint spots. I normally do my own car wash and even got all the right equipment for it; foam cannon, pressure washer, the whole shabang, but I'm not confident to do engine bays. I'm also not easy to trust hiring just any random car wash guys to do engine bays, but my original guys stopped replying, so I'm glad to have found a new one. Customer service: Jon gave me a scare for a bit but I'm glad he came through. It was a last minute scheduling since my guy stopped replying. Aside from the scare lol, he was professional from start to finish of washing my xB. I really appreciated that he wasn't snobby about cleaning a beater car. Establishment: N/A (mobile car wash), instead, a professional carwash van that comes to you. He even has a website, and a professional text scheduling confirmation. Price point: Good for a mobile car wash that I believe is licensed and insured, and provides professional service. Do I recommend this place, or will I come back? After enjoying the snow with the wifey in Mt. Charleston, I wanted to get my wife's jeep detailed & remove all the salt/mud & snow especially undercarriage. I went with the "Mini" detail package to see what they got to offer & if they can deliver... I tell you what? Stroke my d!@k with sand paper they did an immaculate job! Not to mention they were chill, friendly, yet professional. Big or small they do'em all! Also it's nice to see 2 brothers getting together to run a business.
