I am very surprised that this restaurant has 4 stars…read more The lasagna was so bland we had to salt it thoroughly. The quesadilla tortillas were more like tortilla chips. Everything was really lacking flavor. We were thoroughly disappointed. Also, the portions were so small we all had to go eat something else afterward. Overpriced vegetarian with small portions & bland taste in a restaurant that did not really have an indoors - like a tent but with gaps in the fabric. And there was no heating in winter so we were cold in like a tent. None of us would ever return. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the server was nice.

The restaurant is a cute little restaurant, very relaxed and chill vibe to the restaurant. It isn't a fancy place by any means, but it has such great food! See below for some of my favorites [Couldn't find the menu online, so item names may not be exact]: Quesadillas with Vegan Cheese - One of my favorite dishes. If you are expecting a traditional quesadilla, think again. This Vegan cheese quesadilla was the perfect mix of all great flavors. The corn tortilla was thin and crispy and very flavorful. Acai Bowl - as always a GREAT pick to start the meal with. The acai bowl came with granola and bananas and had the perfect flavor. Lasagna - I am not sure if we got the vegan cheese on the lasagna but it was AMAZING. Just like all the other food great pick. Chili - Don't expect a traditional chili by any means. The chili was yellow and we assumed it was more corn based. The flavors were great and included mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, and a few black olives [which I don't like, but was able to take out]. Another great dish. Vegan burgers - I didn't have them, but my coworkers definitely said the vegan burgers were great! Kiwi Pear Juice - for my drink i ordered the kiwi pear juice and it was very refreshing, light and on point.

Delicious and very affordable! I wanted to find a vegan version of "classic Chilean food" and I…read moredefinitely think I found it. I would not go for anything with a Chilean salad because that basically means onions and tomatoes, but that's just Chilean food, not the restaurant, and I'm big on lots of veggies, especially in a salad. The food is also very savory, just a heads up to anyone with strong opinions on salt. I was also happy I got to try the classic Terremoto, but veganified with pineapple sorbet-style ice cream instead of cream-based. I took my sister here as well, not a vegan at all, and she also really enjoyed her food. She could only finish half of it, so it was quite filling. Highly recommended!

This is a great vegan and veggie place that has tasty food at an even better price! What's more,…read morethey have a variety of options every day and they change it up - so you won't get bored (contrary to popular belief, there is a ton of stuff you can make that is vegetarian or vegan). They have daily lunch specials that range from 2mil to 3.4mil it includes a salad and drink as well as their tasty bread and pebre! I recommend, if you they are serving it that day, to try their charquikan or their vegan pastel de choclo - yum! (just make sure you come before 3pm otherwise there won't be a big selection). For those vegetarians that have never tried cazuela before, now you can indulge in this typical Chilean dish because Soju offers a veggie version! They also make daily vegan cakes. I recommend their tiramisu or their chocolate mousse cake - both cost $1.500 a slice! If you come after the lunch rush, they have veggie burgers and a great happy hour to accompany them! Remember to get there before 11pm as that is when the kitchen closes. Soju Comida Vegetariana has tasty food, fresh ingredients and great service! Who said healthy food needs to be expensive?
