Kitchenspace is a great new concept for anyone interested in producing food commercially or starting a new food-based business. It provides the facilities to work from a commercial grade kitchen at a low hourly rate, with electricity, water, gas, rates and every other hidden cost involved in running a kitchen bundled into their price. There is storage available onsite including walk-in chillers and freezers. The kitchen has been split into two 'kitchens' so you can hire a smaller area or transform back spaces back into one large kitchen if need be.
Jesse, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, providing contacts and information for start up food initiatives and as well as facilitating larger established outfits.
