Stay away from this location!!!! The customer service here is absolutely HORRID!!!! I came after my doctor's appt to pick up a set of steak knives. At first, I thought to order it online and save the hassle of traveling but then I thought I'm only 30 min away and I wouldn't have to wait for shipment, tracking numbers, etc. Thinking it would only be 3-4 min, pop in the store, pay at the cash counter and leave. Simple, right? Lo and behold it was a horrible experience, to say the least. I approached a service rep on the floor and asked her where the steak knives were. She seemed to act busy despite not servicing ANY customers. After what felt like humming and hawing she finally took me to the Henckels knives section and immediately left. Wow, great service - not. I checked out all the knives and they were locked. I guess Henckels is their top-line brand or something. I walked around trying to get another rep to help me unlock the set I wanted. There were NONE despite the store was not even busy. I'd say the entire store had only 5 customers at best. Finally, I saw about 5 salespersons in an on-the-spot floor meeting and I didn't want to disturb them. What felt like 10 min waiting I saw them scatter away. I approached 2 of them and they blatantly ignored me as if I wasn't even standing there. How RUDE! I then approached the front counter and asked if any1 can help unlock the Henckels knives sets. After another 10 min, someone came to help after I raised my voice about poor customer service. The Henckels sets were finally unlocked. Instead of giving them to me in hand she immediately ignored me and went to hand the set to the front cash counter. I thought WTF?? Approaching the cash counter I asked the black cashier lady about picking up the set. She automatically assumed I was picking up an online order. I said NO the set was just handed to you 2 seconds ago. I said Ive been at the store for almost 30 min now picking up this knife set when it should of taken less than 5 min. I said I was having a poor customer service exp. at this store. She rudely and sarcastically said "Well, TOOOOO Baaaaaddd!" and left it at that. I admonished her behavior as inappropriate and unsympathetic and she responded "No, what you are is rude and a jerk!" WTF, WTF??? Can you believe this behavior?? She said I can't help you - someone else can. By this point I am LIVID. No one should be treated this way for your store's terrible customer service experience. I then cashed out with another sales rep. As I left the counter and walked past the black sales rep I let her have my mind. A loud escalating argument ensued with four-letter profanities spewing out of her mouth at 100 decibels. This, in front of staff and customers. The staff were all quiet and didnt seem to care as if they were used to it or seen it happen before. What was supposed to be under a 5 min transaction ends up being nearly 40 min due to wretched behavior, terrible customer service and ZERO empathy for the customer. We argued all the way to the front door, lol. She told me in typical fashion "don't come back here ever again". LOL. I responded, "You're not the only store in Kitchen Plus *blank*, *blank* right back at you". The gall and audacity of this person is unbelievable. Stay away from this location.
