Kitchen has now become a breakfast buffet style restaurant. Same great ambiance with terrific chefs and cooks! There is a super awesome fresh omelette station with all your favorites ingredients. The buffet features bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, amazing yogurt parfait, fresh fruit and croissants. The buffet also comes with coffee. I would've given this Resturant five stars. The only thing is that the front cashier and one of the waitresses are not the kindest I've ever seen or met. Very haughty which is kind of sad because I feel like if you work in customer service, your first major talent should be welcoming people in with a huge smile and having them feel welcomed and appreciated.

Amazing yogurt parfait!

Located in the beautifully redone Virgin hotel! This hotel used to be the hard rock. They did an incredible remodel. I love the food at the kitchen. My yogurt parfait was fresh and delicious. Looking forward to posting more about my lovely experience at this hotel.! Love the location super close to the strip, but far enough away from the chaos !

Not cooked enough! The bacon at breakfast buffet

Beware! The bacon is under cooked! Gotta have crispy cooked bacon with breakfast.. miss the lucky restaurant had good chicken soup and breakfast ambiance enclosed. Service was friendly.

LV Hot Chicken and tater tots.

Overall, this is a good place to grab a meal if you are staying at the Virgin Hotel. Our service was a bit slow (nothing terrible, but definitely noticeable), but that would be the only negative of the whole dining experience. The ambiance of this restaurant is that of an old-school diner. It is bright, well lit and is inviting with white walls and ceiling. I went with the LV hot chicken sandwich with tater tots. This was an overall hit of a meal and it is definitely something that I would recommend. I was also looking at the burgers and if I had not had a burger for lunch, I made have went with one of their burgers. The people that I was dining with went with a soup (French onion soup) and the Buffalo wings and they both said that they were good, as well. I would definitely recommend here.

It was our first time in the remodeled Virgin Hotel since the Hard Rock Hotel. The Tailgate Burger and a Smashed Cheeseburger were good and cooked right, but nothing fancy about them. Unfortunately the fries were stale and bland. The interior was spacious and clean. The staff was obviously complacent, chatting openly amongst each other instead of staying busy. Despite it was slow and not busy on this Saturday night, they definitely were not welcoming and friendly.

Virgin Turkey Club

Open 24 hours which is clutch after you leave a concert or fight at the Virgin's theatre. Food is moderately priced for Vegas standards, $20-29. I wanted something mild on my stomach but filling so I ordered a turkey club. Stack of premium turkey on sourdough bread, lettuce, bacon jam, avocado spread and a sweet garlic aïoli which was so good and pair perfectly with the turkey. The tater tots were fried a bit hard, but we weren't bad. No 5 here due to the staff yelling at each other in clear view of guests. The hostess went in back and confronted two the servers and accused them of being disrespectful to her. This went on for about 5 minutes, was very awkward to hear.

Virgin Breakfast

Excellent breakfast at The Kitchen. It's in the Virgin Hotel. The entrees were 20 bucks, so it better be good! Big portions and served piping hot. Bacon was perfect. The english muffins in my wife's Benedict were not toasted or barely toasted, though - gotta crisp those up a bit.

LV hot chicken sandwich

It's not unusual for casinos to have some really good restaurants. I found a pretty decent one here at the virgin hotel. Taking a look at the menu, there is a lot to choose from. It's a 24 hour open restaurant, which is very nice. You can get any type of food anytime. Tonight's dinner was the LV hot chicken. The description stuck out to me and it was one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had. Rather than the brioche bun I went with the pretzel bun. I think that's a better choice. It's a Korean style hot chicken with Napa slaw, crunchy garlic, sweet mustard sauce, and tomato. If you're one of those people like me and you enjoy a sandwich on the messier side, this is right up your alley. Tangy hot, but not off the charts by any means hot. The portion side is decent and overall the meal is filling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It also comes with french fries or tater tots. I went with french fries. Probably should've chose the tater tots as the french fries were at best.

Of course I was going to try out the breakfast in my hotel so here's how the experience at the Kitchen went. We went at like 9am so it wasn't crowded yet we were instantly seated & waited on. That's when the issue started cause me & Court were sitting & planning our day out when we started noticing a lot of the people who had been seated after us starting to get their food. Then before we could even say anything the manager came out to apologize for the delay in our food & that we would receive a discount on our bill. So finally our meals came out I ordered the breakfast burger & fries. It was pretty good so much that I would easily return to them for another meal granted we don't have to wait long again for our food

Came here for breakfast and it was amazing. My server was Paul C who was nice and efficient. I ordered the wellness omelette with tomatoes and no mushrooms. It came with hash browns, a choice of toast (rye) and avocado. I had a Bloody Mary too. Everything was delicious! This was a great way to start my vaca day. Yum!

Virgin Breakfast

Food was good. Not the best though. It was pricey for the food and especially for breakfast. We got the Huevos Rancheros and the Virgin Breakfast. One thing thing we did enjoy was the hash brown that came with the virgin breakfast. It was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Not sure we will be coming back though.

It was ok. I had the omelette and it was ok. The only reason we ate here is the credit we were receiving from the casino we could use there.

A buddy really wanted to try this spot as he was recently getting really into the chef David Chang…read more We made reservations and decided to give it a try. It was an incredible dining experience, and I would certainly recommend it The restaurant is located in the lovely Cosmopolitan Casino. We had a couple pre-drinks at the Chandelier Bar while we waited for our reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes for them to prepare our table. The restaurant was packed. There's a surprising number of tables/and seating options. The restaurant is elegant and trendy. The lighting is very intimate, but it adds to the ambiance The menu offers a variety of unique and intriguing Asian-American-style delicacies. David Chang is a renowned chef, and everything we tried was incredible. The pork belly bao buns were one of my favorites. We ended up getting a variety of plates and sharing. For drinks they have signature and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options The staff were incredible. Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner, and we were well taken care of Some tips: Definitely get a reservation. There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!

Vegas price for dirt flavor food…read more I've had this restaurant 4 years ago and was largely disappointed. I went this time again with my spouse and we both got a Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Belly Bun, and a Yuzu Lemonade. The ramen tasted like cup noodles but the buns were at least decent. The lemonade was nothing special. The service was good but given the price and the quality of food, I couldn't care even if their service was superb. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else for ramen.
