On Sep 3rd between hour hours of 2pm and 5pm. I made an phone pick up order from my hotel room asking for buffalo wings ( well done) and a side of fries. While picking up my order i received and text message that caused me to ave to urgently leave the property after placing my to go order in my hotel suit. Upon my return me and mu guest notice that the order was a burger with fries. i promptly walked down to the restaurant. spooke wtoo the young lady at te front and she said oh i gave you the wrong order i am so sorry! let me call the manager. Once the manager came out, we went over whhat happend and she shaid she would make a a fresh set of wing no problem. about 10 minutes later a new waitress brougth my food along with a bill (lol). i asked what is this bill, may i please speak to the manager. once the manager came out withh whomever she was training. she sai i have too change you agin because i need the receipt! i said Ms your employee just explained thhat she did give me the wrong order and thhat my correct order was still under the hot lamp. she insisted on the receipt. so i made the trip back to the other side of thhe hotel to retrieve the food. once she inspected the food tat was untouched with noooo receipt. she refunded the burger and proceeded and order for the wings. this process with her took about 45 minutes. this experience was horrible. read more

I know! You know! they know!...but NO ONE CARES :) here's something to consider next time you want to scream at the following... Server - chances are they are understaffed and overworked, most likely working without a lunch break. Consider your waiter is also your host, busser, bartender, food runner, barista, and the cashier . Busser - in most restaurants, they only need to clean and set the tables. Here, they are also stockers, polishers, bartenders, bar backs, hosts, food runners, and even servers at times . Host - if you are waiting 2-3 minutes to be seated, chances are the host is bussing tables, helping servers, dealing with upset customers from room service or other departments that somehow fall on them, or taking food orders to help out. Food runner - if you are upset the food runner didn't bring you that extra side of ranch, chances are they are putting out fires on the line making toast for every order going out and continuously stocking throughout the day. Managers - yah surprise, even these poor suckers are taken advantage of if they are not stocking, bussing tables, running food, or comping countless checks due to the ongoing issues. WHO TO DIRECT YOUR SCREAMING AT If you see a helpless waiter with 15 tables, but they are catering to some jerk in a suit, chances are they are responsible for your horrible experience; they are the ones making the decisions and taking your money. read more

To start off with, our waiter Taitsha was spectacular. She was very attentive and kind, and accommodated special food requests that we had. We came in about 1am, and were immediately seated and greeted by the staff. Service was on point the whole time. Food arrived quickly and we were surprised by the portion sizes. We got a side of scrambled eggs that probably was about 8 eggs. They were cooked perfectly, light and fluffy. I got the club sandwich which came with a generous portion of fries. The sandwich was very good, with lots of meat, and lacking the middle layer of bread, which I liked. They did not rush us and overall we had a great experience and definitely will return to try other things on the menu. read more

I ate here for Christmas 2022 and I cannot tell you how wonderful the Holiday Special was! The Surf & Turf was a 6 oz filet cooked perfectly with 3 jumbo grilled shrimp on a skewer. The filet was cooked better than at many steak houses I've been to! (You could have chosen a larger NY strip steak instead of the filet.) The Potatoes Anna was delightful, and I really did like the green beans even though it's not my favorite. For $39, it was outstanding. They are going to repeat the special on New Year's Eve. The Kitchen at the Commons club has breakfast throughout the day so you can always get breakfast even at dinner time. I had ate at this restaurant 2 nights in a row. I will say that I loved the grilled chicken burger with fries. It was very nicely done with real chicken. I also ordered the chicken with waffles. I must say that this is probably their best dish on the menu. It is a must order. My least favorite thing I ordered was the nachos. It was a $7 add on for chicken which I didn't think was worth it as there were only tiny pieces of chicken chunks. I think if you are thinking about ordering the nachos with chicken just go for the chicken burger. It is much more filling and worth the price point. This restaurant has a rice point about $14 to $20 a dish. The staff is very nice, and the restaurant is spacious so you get some quiet time with your date. My husband ordered an omelette, I had chicken & waffles, one of our friends got the chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs and the other got the virgin breakfast and substituted his hash browns for biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. My husband's said his omelette was ok, his hash browns were like McDonald's Donald's hash browns. My chicken & waffles were good, chicken strips on top of a waffle with bacon. I was surprised it was chicken strips on top. It came with butter, syrup and whipped cream ‍ i could have used more syrup. For $25 I wasn't impressed. Now when it came to our friends meals who had scrambled eggs. Their eggs were runny and wet, it looked like a glob of mush thrown on the plate with a hand. Neither of them were crazy about the gravy either. I don't think any of us finished and not because there was to much because it was just not appetizing. Our bill for the 4 was $120, 4 meals, 2 coffees and 2 orange juices. Now, this happens to be one of my favorite cuts of meat, therefore I had somewhat high expectations. Service was not too bad, could have been faster, considering the place was empty. My food was ok, the meat wasn't hot at all but manageable, the green beans were ok, the scalloped potatoes were the star of the dish, very cheesy and delicious, good flavor. I asked for my meat to be cooked medium well, it was cooked to medium. The piece of meat was also very thick, they gave me a huge piece, which would have been a plus for some. so heres the thing.. its a smaller newer hotel.. everything food wise is closed. ok you can walk or drive somewhere but the hotel should have room service or some type of more food options. Luckily this place is open and not busy. I really wasnt a fan of their menu. i feel like it should have more variety. i decide to order the blueberry pancakes. ($19) food came out fast. worker was nice and friendly gave me ice water while i wait. It is unacceptable to be unproved and unnecessarily aggressive towards customer. What is the point of coming to pay for customer service when the hostess is causing an unpleasant experience.
