If you're going to have a kitchen store 2 doors down from a Corningware outlet, you need a strategy. That strategy is: Sell everything they don't. That's what they do here, and it obviously works, as both stores have a healthy business. Get your dinnerware, your flatware, and your cookware at the Corning outlet. Get everything else here. That would include kitchen gadgets, spices, small appliances, "as seen on TV" items, knick-knacks, and more.
