The booking process was smooth and easy. Anh is very responsive. She reached out the week of to finalize everything. The hostesses were on time and prompt for set up. Set up was adorable. They completed NEARLY all of the agreed upon services as stated in the contract. One issue was my daughter was excited for the color extension that was included in the package. They forgot to bring them, so offered an additional glitter tattoo. I agreed since I didn't really feel there was another option, and I didn't want to create any conflict during the party in front of 12 girls. If they don't have them, they don't have them. However, I do know it was one of the reasons my daughter chose that hairstyle and did mention her disappointment over it to me a few times throughout the day. The hostesses offered what they could, but I don't think it was equivalent. Another issue was that the spa hostesses weren't as engaging as I hoped. They were nice and completed the tasks, but they didn't really engage much with the kids. In fact, they didn't really host. "Meh" is how my husband described it. For a company that markets themselves for kids' parties, I would hope they would be able to create a more fun and festive atmosphere. Overall, nearly all of the services were completed as agreed upon in the contract, communication before the event was fantastic, but they were just missing that something extra to bring life to the party.
