Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous. I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost. He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.
