Over three weeks later, as of September 28th, 2026, no work has been completed, the part has not been acquired, and Mr. Johnson is entirely unresponsive. My vehicle remains unusable, and I am out $450 with no service rendered. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this individual or business. I have had to make car payment insurance payment still haven't received my vehicle insurance called before the vehicle was taken to them to see if they could get me in I was told to bring it on and they have had my vehicle for four weeks. they can't blame the insurance the adjustor came out that same week. my adjuster called them informed them I didn't have any transportation had jury duty all this week while waiting on my vehicle that I was told last week would be ready Tuesday of this week. Someone called Champion towing and recovery, and they were out within 10-15 minutes to solve her problem. Very pleased and impressed with their kindness and speed of service.
