It is inviting from the outside. When I walked in, I was greeted, shown a seat, and escorted to a coat rack to hang up my coat. It wasn't an overly enthusiastic greeting; but it was friendly and seemed appropriate. Despite having several people already waiting who were ahead of me "in queue," it wasn't long before I was shown a seat and asked what I wanted. I explained it and then the barber went to work...and he gave me the best haircut I have ever had at a barbershop. He did a fantastic job. I'll definitely be back, and probably next week. I highly recommend Karizma. Note: I didn't go into detail about how Turkish barbershop services are different than the average barbershop. If you don't know, do a search on Google.

But, on my way to view excellent selection of rock photos in Cork Vision Centre in North Main Street, spotted Crew Cuts (more or less opposite Bradley's, my unofficial bottled beer supplier). My friendly barber-ess had reasonable English but was an expert with the machine and scissors and used her expertise to give me a very good number three. So I simply handed them my loyalty card. I hate writing a negative review on a local business, especially one that I visited so often. I guess they don't want my business.
