This is one of the best small theaters I've been in. All of the seats were spacious and comfortable (including the couch-type seats), and in general everything was just nice. The seats were very comfortable and spacious and you can select your seats when you buy your tickets. The theater is located in a diverse neighborhood that offers a variety of restaurants. You can have lunch or dinner before or after your movie. We saw Deadpool 3 in 3D, the sound was good as well as the 3D experience.
