And I did.
The gardens are quite large, with many paths leading through a large treed lot adjacent to the churches and cathedrals of Ostrow Tumski. I enjoyed our leisurely stroll around the pond and the sounds of the fountain. I loved seeing native species and those found closer to home. There are vegetable gardens, good-sized rhododendrons, and I even got a whiff of verbena that reminded me of home.
This is a special place that you should take time to explore. A great place for a date, or for tourists looking for a little reprieve from sightseeing.
I look forward to my next trip to Wroclaw and the botanical gardens.
