It was in this location where she commenced my intake. Conducting this process in an open area was questionable and made me extremely uncomfortable. The therapist misread the referral paperwork and I had to correct her understanding of the paperwork. As I relayed the facts of my condition she judged them as "not logical". She communicated a significant disconnect between the facts as presented and her ability to reconcile the referral for PT. This increased my concern that I would not receive compassionate care and the discussion rapidly deteriorated. I cannot recommend this facility.

I came to Dr. Joe with the mindset that this was my last stop before I would need to get surgery, because I could barely walk or even put socks on myself without someone's help.
