The other issue was that these branches extended over the electrical lines coming from the street. I saw them recommended on some local FB forums when people asked about tree removal, so I decided to reach out to Cled's via the free estimate feature on their website https://www.cledtree.com/ I received a response quickly and had Cled come out and give an estimate. The price was reasonable, so I said let's do it. The office called a day or so later to get me on the schedule. They were booking about 2 weeks out and I got on the schedule. Got a call a day or so before confirming and saying they would be there about 9:00a. Day off I heard the trucks arrive at 8:50a and they got started right at 9:00a. I walked out and asked if they could trim back a few other trees right to the property line and they agreed for a small fee. Everything went smooth and things look good. Only issue is that I have some tire tracks from the bucket truck in my front yard. Cled also sent a stump grinder to take care of the stump a few days later. Good price, reliable, insured, clean work. What more can you ask! I would use them again.

Shoutout to Cleds Tree removal service!…read more Working in 22 degree weather, they removed 2 very large, old trees from our yard, and we were impressed! Even though the area they had to work with was relatively small and close to our home, they were able to maneuver their huge truck (crane) and other vehicles/equipment with ease. Working around such things as a lamp post, fruit trees, a vehicle, and a fence, not to mention power lines etc, their experience and expertise was evident. Starting with protecting our driveway from the truck anchors all the way to cleaning debris from the driveway and street afterward, their work was swift and professional. Highly recommend!

He gave the disclaimer that he couldn't start for a few weeks due to other projects, but that he would come out to provide an estimate and to think through the project. He came out, we talked, and I provided some sketches of what I was looking for. Jack came back with an estimate the next day and we agreed for him to start work in a couple of weeks. Due to the location of our property line and the small space he was working with, he and his crew had to wheelbarrow out all the dirt and bring in all the gravel. It took only one day, and now we are able to enjoy our outdoor shower. I was very pleased with both the work and communication. Jack was easy to work with and charged a reasonable rate for the work.

After numerous conversations, over about 8 weeks, I couldn't get a commitment from Steve. Every time I was told they would try for something, they failed. Steve will promise to be there, get you a date, try to get to you, etc, and then just nothing. If the owner conducts business like this, I can only imagine how his crew would behave. I ended up finding a quality contractor (ZF Outdoors) that was able to bail me out, after the delays Steve caused, and still have it done by the deadline. IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB DONE ON TIME CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I'm glad I did! UDATE: Regarding Steve's comments about a deposit. To give a contractor 50% before they even start is crazy, because of situations like this with contractors disappearing and/or failing. Steve and I spoke and settled on 4 payments of 25%, the first of which was due when he showed up and started working. You can believe what you want but BUYER BEWARE!!

I feel so fortunate to have worked with such a wonderful man as Arlindo Pacheco and his team! They…read moretook our sad, decrepit and overgrown yard and transformed it into a beautiful oasis in the middle of the East Side. The job was a big one, but these guys knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. The whole process began several years ago when we realized our retaining wall was on the brink of collapse. We had seen Natural Green's trucks around the neighborhood, maintaining our neighbors beautifully landscaped yards and always admired their work. When a mason we had worked with recommended them, we made the call and set up a consultation right away. Arlindo arrived on time and ready to get down to business. He's polite, warm and very, very smart -- this guy knows his landscaping. We went over what we wanted to do, what needed doing and how is should be done, and within a day we received a quote. It was very reasonable, but still a lot of money -- something we definitely would need to save up for. Fast forward to a year and a half later, and we were ready to roll. Arlindo stuck to his initial quote, which we appreciated, and when we needed to go a little deeper and get more work done, he and his team worked very hard to come up with the best possible price, and walked us through exactly how they did that. The end result is a beautiful back yard, patio, fence, stone wall and front yard that not only enhances the beauty of my home, but increases the value of the property as a whole. I have never seen such a hardworking group of men in my life, and the fact that such a dramatic transformation took place over a few short months is amazing to me. Through it all, Arlindo, his father and their team were a pleasure to work with, so much so that we've had them back to make sure everything is kept in tip-top condition. I couldn't recommend these guys more -- if you're looking for landscaping, hardscaping, or even yard maintenance, these are your guys. They're definitely mine!

I can't recommend them enough. We spend as much time as we can outside, now that they've revitalized our yard. Thank you!
