We rented a unit and checked it weekly, and still found that they had removed our lock, and replaced it with a different lock and then attempted to convince us that we had simply forgotten what our lock looked like, or that rust had changed the appearance of the lock. No explanation as to why the KEY wouldnt work. Someone had been in our unit and had plundered thru the boxes and items that were accessible. We also found they have a rat problem and had to treat everything that was kept in the storage unit! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
