Aside from the store, we met with Tanya for a Historical Haunt Tour... who went above and beyond and did a tour for us.... She brought the historical magick of Memphis just by being magickal herself and she definitely had an energy that was the exact same as ours.. The also have nic packs of different strengths which can be hard to find at most other shops. They also have a good selection of devices and accessories from multiple manufacturers and have always had everything I needed for my various devices. They also have a good variety of CBD,'s in different kinds. One of the best things that makes this place the best choice anywhere is my ability to get everything I need for a perfect vaping experience in one place. I have bought complete vape systems here but wsy important is my ability to customize my complete experience. For example, I get the exact coils I prefer and them but my favorite Loyalty Melonade 6mg juice AND because I love menthol flavor they provide me with a small fresh amount of menthol additive THEN because I want a higher nicotine level they provide with NIC packs that allow me to get me to the exact nicotine level I choose. So when I am done putting my favorite juice, add my menthol and nicotine I am kicked back with the perfect smoke, flow and vape, boom. The staff are all fellow vapers, as far as I've seen, and have a very broad and deep knowledge of vaping with some very extensive mod and technical knowledge that really make tyou feel confident when making decisions of different kinds. They have excellent weekend specials that Ii get via text every Friday that include juices, vapes, and different products that make me actually look forward to what kind of savings I might be getting or what's new each week. I contacted them via email regarding availability of a model and was told in an email by an owner: "It is available. It is brand new and in its original packaging. We can inspect the item before shipping it out and we will most likely claim full coverage on this item. Typically, we do not have this issue as we pay a premium for FedEx and they do a fantastic job. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions." I Called the next day spoke with supposed "office manager". She said they were snowed in and she couldn't retrieve the model but would let me know when she did. Okay, fair enough. I waited two weeks with no word. Emailed the owner asking for update. "Office manager" responds saying model not in stock but the model number she references is THE INCORRECT NUMBER. I say, the owner said it WAS in stock and give her the correct model number AGAIN and to check with owner. "Office manager" responds: "Hey again, My goodness! Laura (owner) is correct, I have had the model number wrong all this time..." "Office manager" then discloses, they in reality they DON'T HAVE THE MODEL AND NEVER DID and it would be drop shipped from the company that sells it. Problem is.........none of them (owner OR office manager) EVER CHECKED WITH THE SOURCE TO SEE IF IT WAS AVAILABLE before claiming they had it in stock . As it turns out it was discontinued TWO YEARS AGO and these people lied and said THEY had it in stock. The owner lied about having it, the office manager got the wrong number (it wasn't even close) and they strung me along for three weeks with excuses and lies. I didn't think to look at Yelp or I would have never contacted them. Thank God I didn't order it without asking, but then I DID ASK and STILL WAS LIED TO AND GOT THE RUN AROUND. If I had ordered it I probably would have never gotten my money back or it would have taken FOREVER. Running a "business" this way should be against the law.
