I've contacted the person who…read moresets the headstones (Ronnie Greene) as well as the owner, Nelda Baisy, (the one who received payment and ordered the stone) on numerous occasions and this is what I walked up to this morning after they claim it's been fixed this week....smh. I originally ordered a totally different color stone but they just gave me what they wanted. I sent pictures and even met Nelda in person to go over the specifics of the wording on the stone. They still got it wrong, adding periods and colons randomly wherever they saw fit. Both of them are now playing the blame game. Nelda says she can't make Ronnie do anything, but she is the one who pays him for the stone....not the customer. Ronnie says Nelda never told him that the headstone wasn't right to begin with. The crazy part is Ronnie didn't even have the decency to put the flowers back in the vase after "fixing it". Not to mention he isn't answering his phone anymore. Ridiculous! Bury your loved ones somewhere else if you want peace of mind. It's already bad enough you have to come back to a headstone to visit a loved one so to speak. It's even worse when you're not happy with what the headstone looks like.

Despite many pleas from his widow, my mother, as of October 1, 2014 that inscription has not yet occurred. I have located the cancelled check and still noooo action. Yet, there is inquiry about when i want the to inscribe the placque with my mother's date of death since she died April, 2013. The grounds are unkempt, there seems to be a need for better management of the whole place. My father's biggest mistake was in pre-paying for everything. While that was a good plan for sparing me the heartache, a better plan might have been to have set aside the money so that i could have shopped for the best service.
