Ron answered and before I could ask if he could send anyone now he said he already had his best guy lined up. The guy showed up quick and replaced fuses in one central unit to get it going. The other one needed a new compressor but he jumped it and limited it to single speed until he got another compressor. SWEET. Do all A/C people make sure their customers are comfortable while waiting on a part? No, not many service companies think like this. It's why Ron's has been in business for over 20 years. Called to see if any messages were sent and was told 5-6? Around 7 o clock I call back and the woman who answered gave us the run around saying they were busy and that we were third in line and said she just received a text msg.... So the whole day no communication to us as CUSTOMERS whatsoever had to follow up a couple of hours just to let them tell us 1. They're busy 2. Not sure what time anyone was coming out 3. They may come after hours..???? They're working hours are from 7:30-4:30, granted yes it's busy season there should absolutely be NO reason that us as long time CUSTOMERS cannot get a simple call to let us know if anyone would be coming or not instead of wasting our whole day sitting in sweat.
