I shall entitle this review: 'The rude ass bitch who stole my chicken satay'. I'm laughing to myself writing this review as I think back because I'm over it now but I am serious about one thing... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Seriously, take my advice, I don't normally write reviews for anything that I go to, but the manager is so disgustingly rude to the point that gave me no choice but to announce it here on the Internet and leave reviews to warn you people NOT to even give this place a second glimpse because I don't want anyone else to experience the verbal abuse I received on the phone from that woman as I did- (BTW you're Chicken Chow Mein was LIMP). Worst customer service ever! One of my orders was missing- my Chicken Satay- so I called right after the takeaway delivery man bought us the food earlier saying one of my food is missing and the MANAGER out of all people fully cussed me out calling me a liar and just hung up the phone! I still didn't have my chicken satay so after that, I called Just- Eat to place a complaint (because this is where I ordered from) and when they got back to me they said the manager cussed him out aswell and understood where my complaint came from because you know- bitches be crazy right?! Anyway he said that the takeaway offered to deliver my Satay in a few minutes but I figured that woman might do all kinds of Chinese voodoo shit or whatever to my food so as much as I love me my chicken satay- I said I'd rather have a refund because no thank you to food poisoning am I right?! So what have you learnt from my review? 1) You will be Satay- less. 2) You will be bruised, battered and Ninja fly kicked in the face with the managers epic Chinese cuss words. And 3) Bitches be crazy! Never order from this hellhole guys, it's not worth it. Lol I'm over it now but never have I experienced this type of customer service in my life, so never again. However I did realise one thing after I decided to set down my chopsticks- I will never know what that Chicken Satay will taste like. Was it savoury enough? Was it crunchy enough? Kings Chinese Takeaway is of any standard Chinese takeaway conventions, holding the same menu as any other Chinese takeaway and restaurant would. Their food quality is again of standard and it isn't in any need of great complements as their food is adequate and not amazing or even that distinctive enough to name from the other vast amounts of Chinese takeaways in the Birmingham area. Aside these notes and opinions their food does fill the void of hunger and their delivery service is relatively speedy, delivering my order within fifteen minutes making me question whether they had cooked my meal properly or if they had just given me left overs from meals earlier that day as I did order quite late at night and quite close to their closing time. Perhaps next time I will order from an earlier hour and see how their service and food quality is then. read more

Not normally a huge fan of chineese food and this takeaway joint didnt do any favours. Formally a chip shop it got took over and changed into a chineese and the food was poor quality but recently it seems to of been taken over again and the new owners are a million times better and i actually would rate them as the best chineese takeaway i ever had. Definetly worth visiting im pleased i gave the place another chance!! read more

Large portions, food was good, only prob was had to wait 1hr 25mins and they are only 5 mins round the corner, other than that one bad point i would of given them a 5* read more
